My first stay was ok, but each stay has gotten worse. Second stay I tried going and paid extra for beach front views, as I am being show in the room, he casually mentions that the room will not actually have a beachfront viewing, and if that’s OK. This would have been different if you mentioned this at check-in so I could simply say no or choose to go elsewhere, then I have to explain midway through that of course I would need to be front viewing if I paid extra for it. Then was given a room with beachfront viewing. During that stay, they make a big issue if you have any visitors, forcing you to have them sign in show ID them scan the ID and what not. Also at the chairs themselves on the beach, they change the fees, depending when you go, so be sure to ask many times what’s suspected before continuing with service even if you asked at the front desk. 3rd visit I was staying with some friends only two and I would be the third person in the party. Because during checkout, he put two people down they refused to let me stay unless I paid a daily fee to be there. They literally had an extra room that was vacant for that trip. And they wouldn’t change it simply because they selected 2 at check out. Blue chair games is silly, it’s a great location, but I feel like if the prices are too low, simply raise them instead of changing the prices. Do not recommend staying.

The cleaning service leaves much to be desired, the pool is very dirty, the food service is very slow and unappetizing (I opted to eat elsewhere), I found a condom in the room with my things, and the deposit they ask for for the nights you will be there is not fully refunded.

I stayed in May 2026 during Pride, and the experience left much to be desired. The hotel is old and shows a complete lack of maintenance: the facilities are deplorable, neglected, and quite dirty. I requested a room upgrade well in advance, making it clear that I didn't mind paying the difference, and they simply ignored my request, even though the hotel didn't even look full. The staff does the bare minimum, but there's a noticeable lack of effort and a genuine service attitude. I definitely wouldn't return; the beachfront location is the only redeeming feature, but it's not worth the ordeal.

The room was simple and clean, however it was the staff and location that made this place amazing. I spent 2 weeks here at the end of February, and everyone was kind, friendly, and very helpful. While the hotel itself is not a luxury hotel, the price is great and you are right on the beach…. I’m actually looking at rebooking right now

It's not the same as it was a few years ago.
