Small casino by the Malecon. Slots bingo, and card room. Also has smoking section, the smoke is not intrusive to non-smoking section. Staff is attentive. Restaurant is pub food, very good. We had a great afternoon.

Great vibes

The service is mediocre. The restaurant/bar area, the waiters... they're unfriendly most of the time I've been there. I haven't experienced that level of service from the waiters or the bar staff. In short, they serve you reluctantly, based on my experience.

Needs more separation from smokers section which leaks into non smoking.

I need the corporate phone number because they're not resolving my severance payment in Coacalco.

Total ripoff on the supposed new player promotion. Claimed to offer 50% promotion, e.g. put $200 on the card and receive $300. Didn't happen. Supposed free drink (e.g. classic margarita) not available 'because it's Monday'. What a joke. Apart from that, small, smokey and generally unpleasant.
