Tulum Pride

Tulum Pride is the town's small, municipal-backed Pride month, run by the town hall's Gender Equality department together with the Pride Tulum collective. It is a local event, not a circuit festival.

In 2026 the programme opened with a lighting ceremony on 1 June and a wig race and sports day on 18 and 19 June. The Pride March followed on Saturday 20 June, walking from CROC park to the municipal plaza, according to Riviera Maya News. In 2025 the town marked Pride with a cultural evening, "Colores de Orgullo", at the municipal theatre.

The 2027 dates had not been announced as of November 2026. Expect June again, and watch the municipality's and Pride Tulum's social accounts. June is low season, with heat and possible sargassum, so rooms are easy to find. For a bigger march, Cancún holds its own Pride along its Avenida Tulum, about two hours north.
