We did not stay but went for the day. Very nice extremely friendly hotel. Host welcomed us with open arms. Stop by and say hello. They do group massage and other events. Stay here or in Tulum City. Avoid beach strip at all cost.
I stayed for 8 nights in late November and Raul was a welcoming host. He really went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and show me around. Jorge made a delightful breakfast every morning and was also very hospitable. I had some challenges with the room key but eventually I figured it out. It was very quiet at night and no problem sleeping. The best part of my stay was the hospitality that I received from both Raul and Jorge.
I reached out about their volunteer program, which looked like a genuine, community-style setup. Simple mornings, helping out, good energy. The conversation started fine, but once I asked about meeting in person to see if it was a mutual fit, things went quiet. Communication with Raúl, who manages the volunteer inquiries, felt unexpectedly defensive, especially after a friend of mine reached out and was questioned about who told them - odd for a place that publicly advertised opportunities. I also went to one of their events and honestly felt like I’d walked into the wrong house. Polite but awkward, like everyone was thinking, “oh… I guess you can stay.” Definitely not the open, laid-back atmosphere they sell online. Their marketing as an “authentic Tulum experience” felt more closed-off and unwelcoming in reality.
Great location to relax with the perfect staff.
Excellent place for gay men with amazing service, I loved it!
Could not find the entry ended up leaving without staying the night
We stayed for one night, and while the concept is interesting, it doesn't quite live up to expectations. There was hardly any atmosphere; in fact, it was rather boring. The rooms are dark and not very spacious. During our visit, there was only one functional pool, and it was too small and unusable. The service was average but could be better.
