Perfect service and trip! I recommend it.
Wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed relaxing at the pool. Very close to Tolum ruins.
The hotel is opposite the supermarket and in the center of Tulum. The staff is very professional and friendly. The beach is about 6 km away.
A decent hotel for the price. It was obviously very tired, as the towels were washed and had holes in them, and the bed linen and pillows were also worn. Overall, the room was spacious, the bed was large, and there were robes, for which we are very grateful! A hairdryer, aromatherapy lamp, and white noise machine were included. A bottle of water was also provided. The staff was lovely and very friendly. Breakfast was simple and always the same: tea, coffee, a choice of eggs with bacon, chorizo, or ham, mixed fruit (melon, watermelon), and toast with jam. But everything was delicious and filling. The pool area was very nice. An interesting feature of the hotel: the floors in the hallways were covered in gravel. It's beautiful, but completely impractical: you'll be lugging your luggage around. The location is convenient, with downtown Tulum just minutes away. There are also giant supermarkets across the street. Plenty of delicious places to grab a bite.
Super friendly staff! Santos was always greeting us at breakfast and ensuring we had a good time. There is always soothing music and oil diffusers going, which instantly calms you. Love it!! Perfect for couple who wans closeness to the city and beach and only need a calming room to sleep and relax The king size rooms are nice and big, but missing a fridge. Otherwise super nice
