Udoscape Eco-Glamping Resort

We loved staying in our pod at Udoscapes! A friend and I met up in the area for some birdwatching, then stayed the night. The pod was well appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the personal hot tub on our pod’s deck. The service was excellent, and the eastern facing view was lovely for sunrise.

The resort itself is beautiful and has great amenities, but there are several things guests should be aware of before booking. One major concern was privacy and comfort. You’re unable to keep the windows open because there are men constantly walking around the property for maintenance or work purposes, which created an uncomfortable and somewhat creepy atmosphere. Another inconvenience was the parking situation. Guests are required to park downhill away from the bubble, so my spouse and I had to walk in the rain just to get to our vehicle. It’s also confusing why there’s only a 30-minute unloading area when there are designated parking spots that apparently cannot be used. We also experienced an issue with the exit gate not opening when we tried leaving for dinner, which was frustrating and inconvenient. There are cameras all over the property, which can provide a sense of security, but it also felt uncomfortable knowing some were facing the pool area. The loud music late at night was another issue. We couldn’t figure out where it was coming from, but it sounded like it was coming from a shed, which made the experience even stranger. Lastly, the cleaning fee felt excessive and should honestly be included in the cost of the stay. On top of that, the manager, Rachel, was very unprofessional when I initially reached out regarding a booking error. Overall, the property has potential and looks beautiful, but the experience did not match the expectations.

Great place to have a weekend getaway from the crazy city life! You can just enjoy the great amenities such as private hot tub, pool and spa services. Very clean and comfortable place. It is also gated so completely safe.

We had a beautiful time at this resort. It was easy to locate and the hostess was welcoming and informative. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and hammock and outdoor furniture. Each pod provided privacy, which we appreciated. Beautiful views as well. We were able to relax, unwind, and truly enjoyed our time. Breakfast was even provided and was exquisite! Will be returning.

Would have loved to give it a 5 but it seemed like our deck was missing the extra privacy fence at the hot tub but keep in mind they recently had storms and are working to put things back together.

Absolutely loved my time here! We came for one night but had to extend our stay and thank God they were able to accommodate us. The facilities are beautiful and was just what we needed for a baecation! Plan to return with the whole family and friends!!!

Our stay at Udoscape Eco-Glamping Resort was absolutely breathtaking from beginning to end. My husband and I were surprised with an all-expense-paid anniversary weekend, and it turned out to be one of the most beautiful and memorable experiences we have ever shared together after 35 years of marriage. Our daughter, Daisha, had our anniversary package decorated so beautifully, and walking into the room made us feel so loved and celebrated. The room was peaceful, spotless, cozy, romantic, and surrounded by such beautiful scenery. One of our favorite parts of the trip was spending every night together in the hot tub jacuzzi under the stars with soft relaxing music playing in the background. Those quiet moments together were peaceful, intimate, and unforgettable. Saturday we visited a beautiful winery in Marble Falls, and the experience was absolutely amazing. The scenery was breathtaking, the atmosphere was relaxing, and we truly enjoyed spending quality time together while taking in the beautiful views and enjoying great wine. Sunday was the perfect ending to an unforgettable weekend. We enjoyed a wonderful one-hour massage together that left us feeling completely refreshed, relaxed, and at peace. This entire getaway allowed us to reconnect, unwind, laugh together, and truly fall even deeper in love with one another. Thank you to our beautiful daughter, Daisha, for such an amazing anniversary weekend that we will cherish forever. Your love, thoughtfulness, and generosity truly touched our hearts. Every moment and every memory made this trip so special, and we are beyond grateful for such a beautiful and unforgettable gift. Your parents love you deeply! ❤️

This is a property where guest experience is subordinate to convenience and profit, and where accountability disappears the moment a concern is raised. Communication is selective, responsibility is deflected, and issues that should never occur during a paid stay are later minimized or dismissed rather than addressed. What follows is not a matter of preference—it is a record of how this property is managed based on personal observation during my stay. This property prioritizes appearance over accountability, and guest concerns are minimized rather than addressed. During my stay in December 2025, a maintenance worker arrived before 9:00 a.m. and spent over an hour performing active construction on the pod I was occupying, including painting the entry rails, servicing the hot tub, and adjusting the hammock. I documented the noise starting at 9:13 a.m. and contacted the property at 10:00 a.m. because it had not stopped. This construction was not disclosed prior to booking. Earplugs are left on the pillows, which I initially assumed were for unavoidable background noise (helicopters, traffic, sirens, gas station). They are in fact for the property’s own construction—again, not disclosed anywhere before booking. Management offered no solution when I raised the issue. My request for a modest partial refund on a $500+ stay was ignored (by Aaron) via text. Only after calling was I told the owner felt my “reaction was unreasonable,” and I was offered a credit toward a future stay instead. I declined because I will never return here. The condition of the unit matched the handling of the complaint: curtains held together with safety pins and too short to block light, peeling shower base, weak shower head, stained linens with pet hair, and floors that had clearly not been properly cleaned (although there is a sign requesting guests take off their shoes prior to entering the pods, clearly no one observes this mandate). Operational details were similarly careless (illegible QR codes, peeling artificial grass, visible painter’s tape). This is not a peaceful or relaxing retreat. It is a property that values optics over hospitality and deflects responsibility when problems are raised. The representative I had to deal with was very antagonistic regarding these issues at their property. I will not return and cannot recommend staying here to anyone else. Should management choose to address the issues in a civilized capacity, I would be open to updating this and the other reviews.

Being local to austin Have never been aware of udoscape glamping domes. It was amazing Although we had a thunderstorm last night couldnt enjoy the night star gazing fully But will definitely be back again!!
