ASHwell

ASHwell - the Austin Sexual Health and Wellness clinic - is a nonprofit community health center on Red River Street near the University of Texas, offering free and low-cost sexual health care with a strong focus on LGBTQ and trans patients. Services include PrEP and PEP for HIV prevention, HIV, hepatitis C and STI testing and treatment, and gender-affirming care, all delivered in a stigma-free, walk-in-friendly setting. For queer residents and visitors it works as a practical health resource rather than a nightlife venue, and it is one of Austin's main safety-net providers alongside Kind Clinic. Appointments can be booked online and many services are offered at no cost regardless of insurance.
