I have an issue with my billing but no one is no answering my emails or calls. UPDATE: Thank you for your response. However, this response does not address the actual issue. I have already contacted the hotel by both email and phone and explained the situation in detail. My emails were not answered, and I had to contact the hotel directly before receiving any response. I have now been directed back to the same phone number and contact channel that I have already tried. This is not a resolution. I am asking Hilton to have a manager or Guest Assistance representative take ownership of this case and review it properly, rather than sending me back and forth between the hotel and Hilton.

So dirty! Hair and food all over the floors in the room. Arrived at 5:30 and nicely asked for it to be vacuumed. At 6:30 called again and was told housekeeping was gone and it was not in her job description. Asked for a manager and was told they could call me at 11 pm if I like. Is this a joke? These people have no problem-solving skills. Don’t stay here. I will not be back. Even if it’s free.

Expensive too. KPatrice is the best. She extended herself and made sure we had the best time with her recommendations.

I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites in downtown Buffalo for a quick 24-hour stay, checking in late Friday night. From the moment I arrived, I had a great experience. Katie B. checked me in and was absolutely phenomenal! She was incredibly hospitable, welcoming, and took the time to give me a thorough rundown of the hotel and its services. Her customer service was truly outstanding and made such a great first impression. The suite was impeccably clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a separate living room, kitchen area, and bedroom. Having two TVs was also a great touch. I especially loved the Crabtree & Evelyn hand and body products provided in the room. And I have to mention one small detail that I absolutely LOVED—the footrest in the shower for shaving your legs! Why don’t all hotels have this?! Such a simple, thoughtful feature that made me ridiculously happy. Overall, this was a wonderful stay from check-in to check-out. Excellent customer service, a spotless and spacious suite, and thoughtful amenities.
