The front desk staff really made our experience at this hotel! Shoutouts to Kevin, daryll and Rob. We had a fantastic time at all of the places they recommended. They went above and beyond for us. They were really fun to talk to and knew lots about the city. Other than the wonderful staff, the location of the hotel was very ideal. Right next to their subway system, and Chippewa street with lots of restaurants and bars. Plenty of parking options that werent super expensive. The rooms could have been alittle nicer, but certainly not the worst room ive ever stayed in. Would certainly return to this hotel.

A warm shower would have been nice. Some stains on carpet. The market place lacked variety and I would prefer vending machines on the floor instead for more convenience.

This place is disappointing. The lobby is nice and new but the rest of the building is dingy and way outdated. We got harassed by the check in guy to sing for him because we told him we were there for a concert. The pool was nice when you could use it because otherwise there was about 20 kids in it. The room was full of spiders and the window was full of webs and cobwebs. There's a piece of baseboard missing and wall paper is peeling. The shower was horrendous. The pressure was insane and flooded the bathroom. Don't stay here it isn't worth it.

I was absolutely floored by how horrible the customer service rep at the counter was when they checked us in. It was around 9, and they were short-staffed, but it felt like their attitude and demeanor were unwelcoming—like we were doing them a disservice by checking in at that time with so many others. Anyways, the rooms have a super outdated and run-down feel. Why do hotels still use carpet? Yuck. No AC in the rooms if you like to sleep below 70°F at night on a warm summer evening. The shower drain didn’t drain. Pluses—Starbucks, nice lobby, and downtown location. Unless you are getting a stellar deal, I wouldn’t recommend it.
