A bit overpriced but location is perfect and they have a pool. Nice place to stay overall.

I arrived 10 July and checked out this morning. Checked in during the evening around 8pm. The young lady thought she could check me in and have a conversation with a hotel guest at the same time until the 5 hour weary travel look on my face gave it away that the conversation must end and to focus on her task. The bathroom in our room is very small, housekeeping does not scuba the shower, mold is building between the grout on the wall and I am not sure if they even rinse the shower. Water pressure went out during the morning of business meeting, it would have been helpful if they put a sign up in the hotel to inform the guests. The receptionist two young receptionist are not the brightest or helpful bunch in the batch. I found myself just walking away and counting my days left here. The night manger who finished his shift around 10 or 11 pm was useles, but when a young lady appears, hear comes the manager ready to assist. He couldn't even take the time out to help the clueless receptionist on how to split my invoice. This hotel is in a great location it seems like the more mature ladies who work the receiption desk are more personable. No need to return for me, there are other places for lodging to accommodate me in the area next time. This hotel has a certain clientele that are catered to, I will be in conference with my company to remove this hotel from their listing.

My daughter, my mother, and I stayed here for a girls' trip to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday. The staff was wonderful. Everyone went above and beyond to be helpful. We had some water problems throughout our stay. No water at some points, water coming out brown sometimes. Kinda gross and weird. Otherwise, our rooms were very Hilton-reliable. We reported it and didn't really see any resolution or hear back. The pool area is lively and fun! We could've hung out there the whole time and had a great trip. The cabana bookings are pricey- but I would have loved to do that. The hydration stations located on each floor were a nice feature. The lobby and courtyard are gorgeous. The location is top notch and the convenience of the parking garage is nice, too!
