Hyatt House Chicago/Evanston

Located in the midst of walking distance to Northwestern University! Staffs were very friendly and were eager help! Many nearby restaurants and shopping options. Will definitely be back.

This is defunct better than the other Hyatt Houses I’ve stayed in. Great location, very polite and accommodating staff, spacious and clean rooms with a good sized bathroom, it’s a great value. As well, pretty good breakfast.

A great home away from home in Evanston. Excellent property with an attentive staff and ideal location. Can’t wait to return.

You can NEVER go wrong at a Hyatt Place! Affordable, comfortable, new rooms even if the location is an older Hyatt Place, and best free breakfast buffet hands down!

Convenient to Ohare car rental. Clean room. We had a deadbolt lock problem on the door. Quick response for repair. Couldn't fix right away, so we were upgraded to the connecting suite. Nice included breakfast. Parking right out the back door. Staff were pleasant and efficient. This was Christmas visit to our 3 children. 2 not far away and 1 out near Aurora. So for us the location was handy. Will return. For sure!

Great time quiet and peaceful location !

I’m currently staying at the Hyatt in Evanston (1515 Chicago Ave) with a large group—45 of our employees—and I want to give a huge shoutout to the amazing staff. Gina, Lindsay, Victor, Juan, and Fernanda have all been incredible. Their service, support, and attention to detail have made our group stay and meeting experience seamless. We’re renting a meeting room, and they have gone above and beyond to make sure we’re comfortable and fully taken care of. The breakfast is also great. If you’re having a group meeting, this is your place. Truly outstanding service!

Big fan of the hotel, the staff we interacted with, the room we stayed in and the location. Really perfect. I was a little shocked re: the lack of making up the room while we were there. We were there for four nights and there was a minor clean up in between. I expected more. Again, minor hiccup from our standpoint. Fantastic hotel. Parking was also a big plus.
