Marc and Ari and excellent hosts, super friendly! My fiancé and I had just come down for a wedding nearby. The room was clean and spacious, the bed and pillows were very comfy, plus our continental breakfast came with delicious homemade bread and jams/jellies. We'll definitely have to come again very soon!

We stayed here for three nights and had a really great experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, and they made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The homemade breakfast was absolutely delicious. We especially loved the fresh bread, homemade jam, and the small cakes and pastries, which were amazing every morning. You could really feel the care and attention put into everything. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. We would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone looking for a warm, friendly, and authentic place to stay. Thank you again for your hospitality!

Great location for the nearby wedding venue/airport, the rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hosts are kind and diligent to their guests, and they gave my wife and I a ride to a nearby restaurant to meet up with our friends free of charge. The hosts also made excellent homemade freshly baked breads and muffins for breakfast. Overall, this is the best place in town for a real bed and breakfast experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Come As You Are Inn LLC. It’s an LGBTQ-friendly place with a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. We stayed for one night (Saturday), and the location is super convenient—just a few minutes’ walk from the Sayville Train Station. The hosts were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We really enjoyed chatting with them. The property itself is beautiful, with a licensed bar, a piano, and a relaxing backyard featuring a hot tub and saltwater pool (not open yet due to the weather). The room was quiet, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was huge and even included a washer and dryer. Breakfast was included and simple but nice—bread, cupcakes, coffee, and orange juice. You can also order a continental breakfast. The dining area was cozy and inviting. One thing that really stood out was the kindness of the hosts. We were running late to catch our ferry, and they kindly gave us coffee, orange juice, bread, and cupcakes to take with us. Overall, a lovely experience with thoughtful hosts. Highly recommended!

Cute B&B right in the heart of Sayville! My dad and I loved staying at Come as you are inn! Beautiful location, clean rooms with elegant style and two wonderful hosts with so many fascinating stories! It’s a home away from home. Don’t miss Ari’s incredible breakfast with homemade baked goods and locally sourced jams! Could not recommend it more!

We recently spent 3 memorable nights at this inn. It is walkable to the quaint downtown with a cat cafe, post office, various shops, and LI railroad as well as a short drive to several parks, the Fire Island ferry, restaurants, and more. Hosts Mark and Ari have thought of everything to make the premises visitor friendly: their relaxing speakeasy where pianist Mark entertains guests, hot tub and pool in the well manicured back yard, ample continental breakfasts with hot entree options. We have been completed spoiled by the morning array of Ari's home made breads, popovers and more. Try the homemade jams and applesauce!
