This is the greed that they talk about in the bible. Reserved the room the night before, and even made sure to call and let them know of our arrival time. Was out all day and completely exhausted when we found out upon arrival, that our room had been given away due to demand. This is highly unprofessional and left us stranded as almost every hotel in the area is sold out.

Showed up for my reservation and was turned away and told that they no longer had any rooms left available, I had confirmed that they had seen that I had made a reservation and they stated that due to a high demand in rooms and people showing up that I could no longer keep my reservation with no prior warning as I showed up with a car load of personal belongings and no notice that I would need to find other accommodations even as it was already 8:00 p.m. on a busy night. the point that I made the reservation was that a room would be held for me and obviously they couldn't even keep that.

This is the most horrible hotel I've ever rented. We rented four rooms and it was truly disgusting. Don't waste your money on this place. There were no towels or pillows, and all the rooms were full of mold.
