I have stayed at this property once before. I booked again because my son liked their pool. The pool was being refurbished during our stay and the hotel said nothing. They also accused me of smoking in my room and charged me an additional $250. I do not smoke. I tried to resolve it with the front desk and the manager and they told me there was nothing they could do. Look elsewhere if you're staying in Greensboro.

At check in the lady was so rude. The lobby was loud and I told the lady I could not hear her and she yelled FOOD and pointed at the food side of the lobby. They gave us one king bed for 4 people and we had booked a double. Then they charged us to bring up a rollaway with no bedding or pillows. We wait 25 minutes every time we have to use the elevator. All night people were running through the halls and yelling yet we were harassed for having a group of adults just eating in a lobby common area. The pool is closed and is not opening any time soon so we had to pay for other entertainment. This is not a family establishment at all.

I’m Only ratting 3 stars the 28th floor club lounge is a joke and the elevator system is completely insufficient for a hotel this size. The elevator is so bad I would have taken 26 flight of steps had it been an option. Also they only service the room ever other day.

The Pool is CLOSED and will not be open until the END of 2026. Most hotels under renovation, like this, will notify you when making reservations. The Sheraton did not do that, and would not allow us a refund. We intended to spend time with family by the POOL - it was very very disappointing.

Great space for a convention.
