Many guests praise the friendly and attentive staff, particularly Veronica at the omelet station, and find the location convenient. However, a common complaint is that the hotel is outdated, with some rooms showing signs of wear such as mold, peeling wallpaper, and dirty furnishings.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I had an early flight in and was allowed to check in early. The positives ended there. I stayed there about a year prior and had a bad experience but was willing to give it another try. Big mistake. I was in town for my mother's funeral with 2 other family members and certainly did not need to focus on poor service. On my prior stay, I did not receive any cleaning services and mentioned on check in. I was asked if I would like daily servicing and was told it was in notes. Well, a 3 night stay and not a single time was the room serviced. I was handed towels by the front desk and told to put out my trash. After repeated complaints, no servicing ever happened. No trash bags or coffee replacement until I asked a staff member. Shower gel was empty, bathroom never cleaned and so on. I was assured repeatedly it would be resolved, it wasn't. I went to the evening reception. I ordered a drink from the menu. It was made different than the ingredients listed. I mentioned to the bartender and he said the sign was wrong. I asked if I could change. He appeared to get upset and tossed the drink in the trash. I regretted already leaving a tip. My daughter had ordered the same and also did not like it but after seeing my experience opted to say nothing and just left it on the table. A large group of kids checked in for some event. They were loud, rude and left unattended by parents. They were allowed to run the floors and play in the elevators and stairs for hours. My room was next to the stairs. At 10 pm, I was livid and asked the front desk how long they were going to allow this. I watched as kids touched food with their hands during the reception time as well as breakfast. Witnessed food being put back. Nothing said though staff was present. Children should not be allowed to self serve! It was stressful enough being there to bury a loved one but to have to go through the back and forth with staff and not have a peaceful stay was ridiculous. I have given this place a second chance. They will not get a third!

Nice hotel, very accommodating. Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. Veronica made the best omelettes, she has a great personality and we really enjoyed her. What a gem!

The evening reception and the breakfast were excellent. Please work harder on providing coffee throughout the day or, in the alternative, for the guest rooms.

Great place to stay, great friendly staff, one slight downside is the open atrium where noise travels through the entire building if you sleep early.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel!!!! My reservation was cancelled. Apparently, because I wasn’t there by 12 am because technically it’s considered another day. Yet, I was charged for 2 nights. They told me the would reinstate it and give me back my room which was a pure wellness room, that was a lie. They knew they had given my room away so they lied a said they didn’t see my reservation even though I showed them the confirmation email. How can you cancel a reservation you never saw in the first place liar. This place has given all other Embassy Suites a bad name, because this specific hotel and location is old fashioned, outdated, and over priced. They charge $8 for a water that’s in the room that should be free like all other embassy suites. I’m going to talk about all the issues I experienced. For starters, they false advertised double queen beds I got there the beds were only full size, if that. The light in my room did not work in the lounge area. The carpet in my room was filthy. The heater didn’t work. The light in the bathroom had a shortage, it kept popping on and off while I was brushing my teeth and while my mom was showering. The sink in the bathroom was clogged up and coming loose. The toilet and tub had plumbing and drainage issues also, they kept bubbling when the person in the next room flushed their toilets. The other sink in the room area didn’t even work. The couch was terribly dirty and ragged. The sink counter top and the desk were sticky and nasty. YUCK! The phone in the room didn’t work. What topped everything though is the BED BUGS!!!!! My mom, my toddler, and myself woke up itching, with small red bumps on our arms and legs from being bitten in our sleep. The breakfast was ok I had a sausage that was not completely done, the inside was still pink. Honestly, the only good thing about the hotel is the waterfall in the lobby area and the omelette lady Ms.Veronica. The omelette was one of the best omelettes I ever had. Ms.Veronica was kind and moved quickly even remembered people orders that had been there before. The hotel itself gets 0 stars from me but Ms.Veronica deserves 5 stars herself! I most definitely will never book here again though. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!
