Customer service was not the greatest but it was clean. That is more important to me.

Relaxing, peaceful, incredible nights sleep after soaking!

Went for a bath & wrap! The front desk staff were very friendly & helpful. Please put the tip jar back out for front desk. It’s awkward for the customer to hand the staff the tip. Tipping is American culture they should have a tip jar out so the customer doesn’t have to awkwardly ask if they still accept tips & then hand them the tip. It makes customers feel self conscious about the amount they’re tipping. As an employee who earns tips I know every little bit adds up but it’s still awkward to have to hand it directly to them. Emily was my bath attendant & she was one of the best I’ve had there. She deserves a raise & is absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend visiting the Bath House & booking with Emily &/or Tamara!

I and 3 college friends met at the resort to check it out and play golf. All were very impressed with the comfort, cleanliness and maintenance of the resort. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Isadore's restaurant served very good food, to here my friends complementing it means it had to be great. The golf course was beautiful, despite the weather, and we'll maintained and challenging. We are all mostly golf duffers but sti had a great time. Carson is a very cute place. Beautiful country. Now we're going to bring our wives.

Clean room at a great price...the hot spring pool is amazing! The grounds are well-maintained, there's a nice view of the mountains from the big firepit right next to the poolhouse. Highly recommended!

Great place to relax in nature

I visited last June, there was worker named Dakota who made my experience so wonderful! I never got the chance to write a review during my trip, but was talking with a friend about this location and remembered how relaxing and comfortable she made my experience with the bath house 😊

We wanted to get away, unwind, and chill. We had a hot tub on our balcony - which was spectacular! The room was clean, no interruptions, and very quiet. It is rustic and not in a metropolitan area....which is exactly what we wanted. Thank you for preserving this oasis of peace while maintaining a great resort including great wifi, modern televisions, and lots of hot water!

Great hot spring.

I came to Carson Hot Springs to relax, and the experience was wonderful. The hot springs were delightful, and the atmosphere was incredibly peaceful. The staff was friendly, and the facilities were clean. I loved the pool area and the hot rooms. It's the perfect place to disconnect and unwind. I would definitely return.

Everything was excellent! I will definitely be back and bring friends!
