Do yourself a favor and scroll past this place. The photos on their website look decent enough, which is exactly the problem. What you’re actually booking is what appears to be an old house converted into a hostel style inn, and none of that is disclosed anywhere on their site. We arrived to find sloping floors, doors so out of square you can see daylight through the gaps, and a shared bathroom (yes, shared) with visible mold. This is not a hotel. This is not a suite. This is a converted house being sold as lodging, and the condition of it is genuinely concerning from a health and safety standpoint. We were out the door within 20 minutes of arriving. Not because we’re picky, because the place was objectively not what was advertised. Then comes the real insult. They dodged our calls for days before finally responding to tell us that because we “checked in” they wouldn’t issue a refund. We were there for twenty minutes. We did not sleep there. We did not use their mold covered shared bathroom. We left because the property was misrepresented. If a business can show you polished photos, collect your money, and then hide behind a check in policy when the actual property doesn’t match what was sold, that’s not a policy, that’s a scam. Save your money. Save your health. 0/10, would not recommend to anyone I don’t actively dislike.
Stayed here for a vacation trip as a couple, and the experience was a mix of really beautiful moments and some things that could definitely be improved. The room itself was honestly the highlight — very aesthetic, clean, and well put together. The canopy bed setup gives it a romantic, almost Airbnb-style vibe that feels intentional and cozy. It’s the kind of place that looks great in photos and makes the stay feel a little special. The outdoor space also had a nice touch, especially with the statue and backyard setting — it adds character and a calm atmosphere, especially around sunset. However, there were a few downsides. Service and overall management didn’t quite match the look of the place, and the experience felt a bit inconsistent. For the price and presentation, you expect everything to be more polished and smooth. Overall: Great aesthetic and vibe, perfect for photos and a short getaway — but service and consistency could be improved to match the quality of the space.
This was the best And peaceful experience a person could ever have. I've never stayed at a bed in breakfast and I'm glad this was my first choice. It was like home away from home.(Clean) Everyone was so nice and I love that it was family oriented. 10 out of 10! I recommend it to anyone!
Place is easy to find. Check in was simple through email. Room was spotless along with the bathroom. Great job Great price
The worst hotel experience I've ever had!! On March 11, 2025, I booked a room at this BnB through Expedia. Payment was made directly to the hotel, not Expedia. I completed the booking for $428,02. After the booking, I paid a deposit of $105,14. Then on June 29, 2025, $200 was suddenly charged on my credit card, and on June 30, 2025, another $495,32. So a total of over $800 even though I had only booked for about $420. When I asked, the accommodations explained that an event was taking place on the weekend of the trip, which had increased the prices. Of course, this isn't legally permitted, as I had a fixed contract with Expedia, but the accommodations didn't care. Expedia couldn't help me either as the accomodation took my money directly, so I opted for a free cancellation. I canceled the booking on July 29, 2025, and subsequently requested a refund of the charges (a total of $800.46), as offered by the hotel. Unfortunately, since the cancellation, the hotel has been completely ignorant and hasn't refunded me the amount. Not only was I overcharged, but I also haven't received a refund. Since I'll be in town next May, I'll call the police and go with them to the hotel so I can get the $800 back in cash. This has never happened to me before, and I travel a lot. Absolutely outrageous behavior from the staff. See you next year! I'm looking forward to that!
Found garbage from prior guests in two rooms. There was NEVER breakfast. We were NEVER greeted. We were short towels and needed a blanket and there was NO ON to ask. Chair was broken in one room and the leg was just placed under the chair. Of course when I sat, I ended up on the floor!!! Price is set reasonably but then there are a large amount of hidden fees. It was a very disappointing stay. What a waste of my money.
