The only reason for 4 stars was the rooms could use a little updating. However, it is a relaxing experience. Everything is clean and well kept. Front desk and reservation support were soooo helpful.
I’ve came here yearly for a few years. They recently upgraded some of their rooms. I now know they didn’t upgrade them all within the same category. You run the risk of getting a room with a musty carpet, no television in the pool room in the same category you can get a newly upgraded room with floors and tvs in the pool room. I cannot recommend this resort until you’re getting the same premium experience in the same category room for the same price. It is too expensive to be left in a room with a musty old carpet. Also to note, original checkout of a overnight+afternoon in my confirmation was 4:30. But they told me checkout is at 3:00 and that time is an extra $100. It’s okay because we have to travel, but buyer beware for others.
We had an amazing experience at Sybaris Indianapolis! The room was beautiful, clean, and everything worked perfectly. The attention to detail really made the stay feel special. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive to our needs throughout our visit. This was the perfect romantic getaway...relaxing, private, and such a good time. The romantic package definitely helped set the mood and made the experience even more memorable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Sybaris to couples looking for a quick, memorable staycation experience in the Midwest.
Weekend getaway for our 25th anniversary. Room was nice. It's a little off the beaten path, but downtown was about 15-20 minuites away.
Wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. Rooms were very clean and well kept. Only complaint I have is if you stay more than overnight (we stayed 2 nights) you need to let pool maintenance in between 10:30 and 1pm. You dont need to be there, but for obvious reasons you need to plan for a visitor. Would definitely recommend though!
The air conditioning was not functioning in our suite upon check-in, there was a portable air conditioner (swamp cooler) in the room, which should have been an indication that the unit's cooling system was not working properly. After several hours, the room temperature continued to rise, and only after we complained were we moved to another suite which was even more outdated. The pictures online do NOT accurately deplict what the actual room looks like at the Indy location. While we appreciated finally being relocated to another suite, that suite was noticeably even more outdated. Unfortunately, this experience fell well short of our expectations and did not provide the level of comfort, service, or value we anticipated. We may try another location next time.
