The most rude and abrasive service ive experienced in a long time. Our first time. I forget her name. Was so awful to us from the very beginning just trying to sit at the bar. Not coming back. I asked who the bar manager was but they wouldn’t tell me. We were nice and sweet, I don’t understand why this girl was just determined for us to not be served and to leave. My friend’s paper napkin fell on the floor and she flipped her shit at us.

I’ve been a customer at The English Ivy for over 20 years, and it has always felt like more than just a place to eat and have a drink—it feels like home. The welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and sense of community keep me coming back year after year. The food is consistently delicious, the service is excellent, and there’s always a warm, festive energy that makes every visit enjoyable. As a proud supporter of LGBTQ+ friendly businesses, I appreciate how The English Ivy has created a space where everyone is welcome and treated with kindness and respect. If you’re looking for great food, good company, and a genuine sense of belonging, I highly recommend giving The English Ivy a visit. It has been a special place in my life for decades, and I look forward to many more years of making memories there. ❤️🏳️‍🌈

Such a hidden gem! Great food cooked fresh burger and abundantly filled chicken quesadilla. We didn’t drink but their bar looked like a winner.
