Wingate by Wyndham Joliet

I will never stay here again. It was very dirty and dusty and I seen a spider in the tub. It smelled like mildew. I was very on edge staying here but I had no other choice but I left as soon as I could several hours before my check in time. Staff were kind, but this was more of a motel. Seen a spider in the in room jacuzzi. Also there were several holes and duct tape holding up the carpet. The bathrooms and bed were tolerable only reason I stayed. Just as worried the entire night of something crawling on me.

Exceptional front desk team, cozy room, and great breakfast. The hotel is somewhat hidden away which to me makes it more private.

rooms were clean, they are in the middle of remodeling so some rooms are missing small things. they're staff is very hospitable! the night front desk lady, Beth, is just phenomenal! she had gone above and beyond to make sure I had the things I needed! she is just phenomenal all around! the morning manager is pretty cool too! those two ladies are very nice and make sure you have whatcha need!

Overall it's neat

Horrible experience! There was red blood on the white sheet and I decided to cancel my reservation but was not refunded for the night that I did not stay. I was there from 6 to 9:30pm and lost $120. Also, the television remote did not work properly. There weren’t a lot of guests there and it was very dreary.
