Some visitors praise the friendly and helpful staff, particularly Roiti and Precious, and mention that the rooms are nicer than expected with useful kitchenettes and good WiFi. However, a significant number of guests report extremely poor cleanliness, describing rooms as dirty with issues like trash and uncleaned bathrooms, and some also mention long waits at the front desk and a generally run-down atmosphere.

I would give this hotel zero stars if possible. This is by far one of the grossest, dirtiest hotels we have ever stayed in. Upon check in the elevator had trash in each corner, our room was not cleaned with a full tub of water and a towel floating in it and a bar of soap. The floors were so sticky you could hear your feet pick up as they stuck to the floors walking across. The "extended stay rooms" had a kitchenette but there are no dishes, silverware, nothing to use in the kitchen. They claim they "charge you" to use simple dishes. People screamed and stomped on the floors all night like we were in a crazy house, and got no sleep. Our bed was made with a sheet, and another top sheet. We were so tired from our day of driving that we forced ourselves to lay down and not be a "Karen" calling the front desk to complain. At that point there is not really a lot that could have been done other than moving us to probably an equally nasty room. It didnt appear that anyone takes any pride in keeping their hotel clean. Instead I chose to reach out to Studio 6 customer service directly, they said they would speak to the hotel. I wanted to handle it appropriately and quietly, not to cause drama at the desk. The nasty message given back by the hotel property, "She is getting nothing in return!" Who says this to a customer that had that many bad things happen in their room that is darn well you know not acceptable to be charging $100 for a room that is not even cleaned, and sticky nasty floors, burn marks all over the counters. Trashy trashy property, and unprofessional people handling their management to respond in such a negative, insensitive manner. I absolutely will never stay at another property like this, and next time I absolutely will speak up when its happening. Just thought people should know NOT to stay there. Choose another place!

The front desk staff were nice and check in process was not too bad. The room is nicer than I expected. I didn't realize it had a kitchen when I booked. No complaints there even though I didn't need it. But good to know for the future. Only thing I can say but it's minor seeing as I'm literally here just to sleep, my room was missing the remote and there was one out of 3 pillows missing a pillow case. Not a big deal. I like this place enough to come back.

Was sad having to leave. It was perfect. Actually fast wifi, Starbucks in the backyard, a Denny's across the street. Good residents and really good staff.
