What reviewers say

Visitors consistently praise the hotel's cleanliness, modern feel, and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, with Maria frequently mentioned for her service. However, a significant complaint involves a policy preventing local residents from checking in, which some guests found was not clearly communicated during booking.

If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I would. It is very clear that the talent acquisition team here knows exactly the culture they want — and they’ve absolutely nailed it. Every single employee we interacted with, across every department, was joyful, genuine, and truly happy to help. That kind of consistency doesn’t happen by accident. Maria at the front desk set the tone immediately. Her personality is magnetic — warm, authentic, and the perfect welcome after a long trip. Then there was Jasmes, who swooped in like a hero when we needed help with our breakfast. Efficient, kind, and just an all‑around great human.

They would not let me check in because I live in WA state. Apparently it’s just their policy? It was not made clear during the booking process at all. Be warned. Edit: the hotel replied to my review saying it was listed in their policies when I booked. It 100% was not. Upon trying to check in, they told me it was a brand new policy. I had booked through Expedia and so I called them for assistance after the hotel’s mess. Expedia couldn’t find any information about not allowing WA residents to stay there as well. So what ended up happening was Expedia booked me with a nearby hotel and refunded me the price difference from my original booking. 5/5 star service from the Expedia people. Still 0/5 rating for this hotel and their manager.
