Key West Pride

Key West Pride is the island's June Pride week. It is separate from Fantasy Fest in October, and it is a much gayer week. The Key West Business Guild runs it, and it fills Old Town's gay guesthouses, the Duval Street bars and the pool decks for five days.

The parade is the highlight. It starts in the evening from Truman Waterfront, runs along Southard, Whitehead and Greene, and ends on Duval at United Street. Marchers carry a 100-foot section of Key West's Sea-to-Sea rainbow flag. On Saturday there's a free street fair on the 700 to 900 blocks of Duval with music, makers and food. The rest of the week is ticketed parties, drag brunches, sunset sails and bar crawls. Guesthouses sell out early, and June is hot and humid.

The 2026 edition ran from June 3 to 7 with the theme "Color the Island". The street fair was Saturday, June 6, from 4pm to 9pm, and the parade stepped off at 7pm on Sunday, June 7. Nobody publishes an attendance figure. It is usually held in the first week of June. The 2027 dates hadn't been announced when we checked.
