Abode Beach House

Stayed here for our anniversary. Loved how everything you could want to do was in walking distance. The beach is about 5 min walk up the block. Nice restaurants within walking distance and the rooms were clean and modernized. I originally left a less flattering review but after speaking with Kayla and, seeing that she actually did care that I had a complaint about our first stay, we booked another trip here and are excited to stay at the Adobe Beach House for a second trip!

I had a great stay here at Abode Beach House. The room was exactly as pictured-the aesthetic was so cute and fun! We were super close to the beach and all the shops-no need to rent a car! Even though they are still under renovation the property was well maintained and we were still able to enjoy the pool! There’s also an ice cream shop on the property! Can’t wait to return when all the upgrades are done!

Such a cute and cozy spot within a 5 minute walk to Clearwater beach! The rooms are done with every detail in mind and the property is well maintained! Accessing the property has been easy and there was plenty of street parking. This will def be a number one spot anytime I come to Clearwater!

So we stayed 7 days/7 nights a few weeks ago after the 24 hours from hell at the AC Hotel kitty corner away. BLOWN AWAY by how amazing they were to us. They were doing a soft relaunch and at the time there were only two rooms available and saved one for us. They were still working on our room when we checked in which was fine. Staff was friendly, treated us like guests in a 5 star hotel. We told them about our nightmare from the previous night at the Marriott. Room we were given was great! No loud or noisy neighbors, so much better than the marriott. The only issues we had were we noticed at night the wifi was super slow and smart tvs would buffer but i'm guessing that's because all the guests were using the tvs as we couldn't find a way to hard wire in it was all wifi. Other than that we were super thrilled!!! I believe the ladies we talked to were Kayla and Linda? Kayla and Lisa? I could be wrong but weree there from April 1st to the 7th. We have another business trip planned shortly as we're looking to move down there full time. Hoping this place is available as it's our first choice to go to. AMAZING staff, GREAT room, this place SAVED our vacation and business trip from the nightmare that the AC hotel marriott started. Can't wait to go back!!!!!! 10 out of 10 stars!!!!!!!! Anything we needed or asked for and it wasn't much but anything we needed they had done on the spot!!! Nicest staff you're ever going to meet!!!!!!!! Hell if I'd my way we'd never have left and i've had offered to be maintenance for free just to never leave LOL these people are so wonderful you just never want to leave. We look forward to returning this summer and hopefully staying here again. SUPER AWESOME, SUPER FRIENDLY, OUT OF THIS WORLD staff!!!!!! I believe we were in room 235 and hope to get that room again upon coming back!!! My girl and I were so happy to stay there, they saved OUR vacation and business trip!!!!

Location is great. They are doing a bunch of renovations. Since this is going to be a new, revamped hotel, they have some things they need to address: there is no full length mirror in the rooms, and there is plenty of wall space for one… a hotel needs a full length mirror! I love dim lighting, but it is way too dim in the rooms. They have outdoor lights that are so bright outside the doors, and the light comes into the rooms since they only have a curtain hanging over the window, and the curtain is not long enough to fully cover the window, so you will not get a dark room at night- this was the biggest draw back since getting a good nights sleep is all you want on vacation. They charge you $1 for more coffee pods which I think is an unnecessary money grab. We seemed to be 1 of 3 guests staying at the hotel, so there were no staff on site, but they were responsive via text.

Beautifully remodeled hotel with a fresh, modern feel. Clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. Highly recommend!

Great value! Recently remodeled, amazing what has been done with the location, transforming an old hotel into a cool, homey, and very equipped hotel room, at a great price! Highly recommended! Stayed in one bedroom unit that allowed our kids to sleep in the living room sofa bed, great set up! Included in the stay, snacks and specialty coffee machine!

All around great . You have everything you need parking , it’s close to the beach for the price is solid. I stayed in a 1 bedroom for a weekend to get away and it’s exactly what I needed

We stayed for two nights in April with my family and had an excellent experience. The location is great, just a few blocks walking from the beach. Everything was spotless. The place feels very cozy, and the service was super friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Highly recommended. We had a great time during the three nights we stayed. The hotel is new, very well maintained, and super clean. The entire staff was very attentive. We’ve already found our place for future vacations thank you!

I had such a wonderful time during my stay at Abode Beach House in Clearwater. Rooms and decor are so beautifully done. I was so impressed! There is some renovation still going on but I didn’t mind at all. Great location and vibes. Everything I was hoping for and more. Would definitely visit again.

I have a stay booked here for next month, but I passed by today and couldn't help but stop in. I didn't realize quite how close to the beach this location actually is, which was a great surprise. I’m currently at an Airbnb in Tampa for this trip, but I honestly would have stayed here right now if they were already open. I got really lucky and ran into the manager (totally forgot her name) who was nice enough to give me a quick look at the rooms since I already have a reservation. They’re clearly busy prepping for the grand opening, so I’m glad I got a sneak peek. The rooms look amazing and the ice cream shop on the corner was a nice bonus. Communication has been great so far and I’m looking forward to the actual stay. I’ll update this after I check out next month!
