Edge Hotel Clearwater Beach

We only live an hour away but wanted to find a hotel for weekend staycations near the beach. The moment we checked in on 6/13 we were so impressed. The man that checked us in was so friendly and attentive. The location is just a short walk to the beach. The pool is so amazing and the views were great. The bartender at the pool was so attentive and quick to get us drinks. I feel like this hotel is a gem. The room wasn’t perfect. The bed wasn’t comfortable and the air was making noises every time it came on but the reason I am still giving 5 stars is because everything else was wonderful. Upon checkout we let the guy at the front know and he immediately had someone going to check it out. The location of this hotel is great. There is a doughnut shop right next door and Ice cream across the street. They have tacos below the hotel. I will definitely be coming back.

The staff were extremely rude and so was the customer service. I have lost an item and customer support has been no help at all. I tried to ask about the item might being somewhere else like laundry and also asked to speak to the housekeeper who cleaned the room that day but they denied everything and only checked the immediate lost and found bin at the desk, they barely made an effort to try to find it. The person at the desk needed to change his attitude because he sounded very angry and impatient. I have sent an email a week ago and it has still not been responded to. There are plenty of other hotels that are better than this hotel. DO NOT GO

Reception desk needs to have people who are welcoming and have a personality. Bathroom doors in pool area are rusted. Rooms probably have the worst towels I have ever experienced. They were like drying off with a big piece of sandpaper. Property has a great pool and view.

Ariana at the front desk is absolutely amazing! The views and location of The Edge can't be beat! There is no need to leave the property!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Edge Hotel! Mason truly made our stay worth the money with his excellent customer service and friendly attitude. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and exceeded our expectations. Nick and Mike were also fantastic and helped make our experience even better. It’s clear the staff takes pride in providing great service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Its definitely a 5 min walk to the beach. No access to beach. Bed was comfy. Breakfast is what you'd expect for a continental. Pool was very nice. Walk up bar was nice. Bar top bar is good to. Bathroom is huge. I was disappointed at first. Due to the walk to the beach. At the end. It was perfect. Away from the hustle of the night. The peacefulness is exactly what i needed..staff was very delightful.

The hotel doesn't offer a good breakfast, it's terrible, just boiled eggs and bagels. It was really bad, I was disappointed, I expected something else. We had to go out to eat somewhere else. It's not worth paying so much and not having breakfast. 🙄

Big spacious rooms, beautiful scenery, rooftop bar and infinity pool just beautiful.
