Palms Place Hotel and Spa

Avoid staying here if you care about basic hygiene and competent guest support. While some rooms are operated by third-party hosts, building sanitation and pest control fall under the hotel's operating standards I checked in after 1 AM and discovered an active bug infestation on the sofa bed bedding. When this immediate health and safety hazard was brought to the attention of the front desk, the night manager, Lexy, completely deflected blame. She claimed she could do nothing to help aside from calling housekeeping to assess the room. I asked for the assessment, and she made me wait in the room for over an hour. Housekeeping never even showed up. Instead, they sent a maintenance person named Sandy, who didn't speak English, just to hand me clean sheets. Handing a guest new sheets does not fix a pest infestation. Because the room was completely unready and uninhabitable, we checked out just 3 hours later. Upon checkout, Lexy explicitly promised me that the $153 USD cleaning fee would be canceled since we did not stay at the hotel. However, I checked my credit card and the hotel charged me anyway. They provided absolutely zero cleaning service or care, forced us out in the middle of the night, and then lied about canceling the charge. It is disgraceful for a major property to allow active pest issues in their building, and even worse for management like Lexy to provide such dismissive service and deceptive financial promises to a stranded guest. A total failure of hospitality and health standards.

June 1 2026 we got a room at Palm Place first time and last time doing a room here we got in to checked in they told us we have to pay $30 more for our room cause we have to kids even tho we told them our youngest will sleep in her travel bed so till pay for that $30 we came in our room was super hot ac The AC smells when we turn it on and it’s Dirtythe bed headboard is all torn up and they use billows to cover it and the phone in the room doesn’t work even the remote controls if we are paying more for our room and this is what the rooms look like please fixed your rooms expensive but not Worth it.

1st time here. People were friendly and helpful. Rental Car was easy to get parked with valet. Nice view from balcony, wished door was unlocked to have view to take photos from. Close shows, and outside entertainment. Came to see BTS Thursday night. So fun and enjoyable!

Absolutely terrible experience with Alejandro. He couldn’t even find my reservation, made me wait forever with zero urgency, and acted like he genuinely didn’t care. The worst part was the complete lack of communication. No estimated check-in time, no updates, nothing. Just standing there waiting talking and giggling to his co workers while being treated like an inconvenience. Completely unprofessional and frustrating experience.

Let me start by saying the people at the reception sucks . They are very unprofessional. Lazy and rude . I was waiting for hours because they couldn’t find the reservation , while waiting they were just giggling chilling making jokes with each other at the reception like they were at their own barbecue party at their house . They should all be fired . Do not stay here

The only reason I stayed at this hotel was because it is Native American owned and myself and my parents are Alaska Native. I recently stayed at the Palms Place in Las Vegas. Their website says that tribal ID is accepted but upon check in to our room my parents and I tribal ID from different tribes in Alaska were not acceptable forms of identification. The room was not great we stayed on floor 52 room 304 was like staying in a motel room. In line to sign up with club Serrano one of the customer service representatives snapped at me because I was trying to use my tribal ID to sign up for the club. After dealing with that attitude from the customer service representative I went to the casino floor and started spending money at the slot machines and was there for more than 2-3 hours with no servers coming to offer anything to drink. This was my 1st time in Vegas and kinda knew if I was spending money someone would come ask me if I wanted anything to drink. I even pressed the service button multiple times on the slot machine. I can go on about the food service at send noodles and the cafe but just know it was poor customer service across the board for Palms customer service, hotel check in, and casino floor service. Only redeeming thing is their security and housekeeping. Their emailed response to my internal review of the hotel is the screenshot.

They sold us the upgraded room knowing there was no hot water... Then manager argued to even comp that 90 dollar fee off.. Rooms are old.. Rude management

Hidden jewel of Vegas. Palms is hands down one of the best places to relay and enjoy yourself. The views of the strip are unreal!!!

Absolute dump. Freezer wasn’t working. No ice. Asked service and front desk for ice. They told us to go to a store down the road. The room had a weird smell too. Yuck
