Great experience great view of the strip excellent service no complaints
Do not book with a private owner that rent their place .They will charge you 153.00 if u get a studio and if u get one bedroom they will charge you 200 cleaning fee and also you will have to pay a deposit also to the hotel for 100.00 . Don’t get room from a private owner call the hotel before booking . They don’t let u know u have to pay the cleaning fee until u check in.
Horrible experience. I booked a room for $90 on Booking.com and read all the payment conditions during checkout yet still received a message from the property after booking that I will be charged ADDITIONAL $200+ for that one single night as a “check-out fee”. It’s not a deposit, it’s $90 + $200 of non refundable charges for one night while that’d additional charge was not disclosed during the checkout process. I tried to cancel this reservation RIGHT AWAY, but was declined. I don’t know whether they have an AI assistant there or just a careless person in the chat, but it was completely useless. I spend hours calling them and booking.com to try to cancel that but both of them did not have good communication BETWEEN EACH OTHER! Booing.com sent a request to waive cancellation fee to Palms Hotel, but turned out Palms Hotel had a wrong email on file and I had to be their connector, calling one and then another multiple times. I swear, this experience made me truly suffer. I would never think a situation like this will bring me to tears, but it did due to all that pressure and absence of diligence from Palms Hotel associates. After spending hours on this issue, they finally cancelled my reservation (imaging having to nearly beg to cancel a reservation because they add hidden fine print fees God know where). Subsequently I got a phone call from Palms confirming they waived a cancellation fee. Weeks after, the fee remains. I just regret spending so much time on this issue and raising my cortisol level because of this horrible dishonest business approach. I ended up staying in another hotel that turned out to be so much better by both, rooms and location, and had all additional fees disclosed properly in a normal price range.
Nice Hotel, big rooms.
Palms Place safely earns a solid 4 stars and almost deserves a 5! We absolutely loved the location off the Strip. It is incredibly convenient because you don't have to walk super far through a massive, smoky casino just to get to the elevators and into your room. Another massive perk of this location is the fantastic walkability to local, off-Strip businesses. You can easily walk right down the street to grab food, get a massage, rent a car, or even get a tattoo—and all of these neighborhood options are very affordable!Back on property, the balconies and the views are spectacular in all directions, capturing both the vibrant Strip lights and the mountains. The dual pools are a major highlight—one is super chill and quiet, while the other is a lively party pool with a DJ, free loungers, and an adults-only area. Having the main casino and food court attached via the walkway is also super convenient. The staff was average friendly—not going out of their way, but still perfectly fine. Our condo/apartment space was huge, though it did have a few minor maintenance issues that added up (some burnt-out lights, a broken hinge, finicky curtains, and wonky AC/shower). However, we wouldn’t let one specific unit reflect the whole building. We would definitely stay here again, just likely in a different room!
