Origin Hotel Lexington

Very clean, decorated nicely. The shower was great & quality toiletries were supplied! Beds were very comfortable & clean. Perfect location!

We stayed at this hotel while visiting family for Mother's day. The hotel was very busy, with lots of people coming and going, along with a pretty full bar crowd and people dining. It was exciting to see such an active hotel. When we went to check in, the clerk would not stand up to address us. She stayed seated, wrapped in a sweater. She checked us in, handed us our key, and that was it! I told her it was our first time staying at this hotel. I asked her to tell me about the amenities of the hotel. She asked, "What's an amenity?" I explained by asking her questions. "Is there closer parking for us to unload our bags? Found out that parking is around the side of the building. We had to drag our bags through the parking lot and up to our room. Later, we found there were carts to use, but people had taken them to their room and had not returned them until the following morning. Do we need any voucher for the free breakfast? Found out there is no free breakfast. Are there drink vouchers for the bar? No. Is there an exercise room or pool? Never got an answer. This young woman was not property trained. She has long red hair and is tall. I did not get her name. Please management, give this girl more training and monitor her. She almost cost your hotel a guest. On another note, the hotel room was spacious and clean. We even had housekeeping come the second day and clean our room. These were nice accommodations. Later, a different clerk was at the desk. She was a young woman with reddish hair, shorter than the first employee, and a bit chunky. She did an excellent job! We truly appreciated her attentiveness. Will we stay at this hotel again? Maybe so, because it is close to where we need to be. We do hope we get the second employee again. She was great!

Great food! Amazing dessert!

Phenomenal location. Rooms are nice. Our room smells like someone drops a sulphur fart every 10-15 min. Front desk was very nice. They are sold out so no room move and engineering is gone for the evening :(

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Rooms and bathroom are a decent size and kept clean and modern. Food and drinks available at the hotel or at any one of the many restaurants nearby. Shopping is available within walking distance of the hotel. Staff were all extremely friendly. Highly recommend.

Conveniently located around lots of shopping department stores, restaurants and grocery stores with in a 5 to 7 minute walk.

This was our first time visiting Lexington. We loved the area. Enjoyed seeing so many attractions. and then returning in the evening to enjoy a full bar, restaurant and supreme room accommodations. Wish I could have the bed and linens at home. Super comfy ! All staff exemplified excellent customer service.

Very nice hotel, centrally located (six miles from the airport). Nice restaurants in the “town center” complex, variety of shops, great well-lit walking to get in some exercise and Whole Foods, Apple and Starbucks within an easy walk. Rooms were clean, quiet, modern design, AC worked well and I always had hot water. Parking lot for hotel and all walking areas around the shops were also well-lit at night.

Rooms were very clean. Attendant at desk was very courteous at all. The info we needed. The hotel was just difficult to get to off the freeway. Other than that awesome place
