It honestly would have been fine, but the fact that there is a gap large enough for my child to stick her hand under the door to the hall is not ok. On top of that because gap in door we were subjected to listen to several boys (there for a baseball tournament) run and scream in the halls. All of noise from the patrons enjoying the atrium echoed through the hotel and right under our door. We could hear all of the noise well over the TV. It is extremely annoying and uncomfortable. I expect so much more from an embassy suites. The hotel offered no solution to fix or move rooms, only that they would pass it along to management. Edited to add they could not change rooms because of capacity, but offered rewards pts for the inconvenience

The service for breakfast and bar was great!! We came with our baseball team of 9 year old boys and Artina was so patient helping serve them breakfast and welcoming us all and helping clean up after those wild boys. The evening service at the bar was great as well, Richard was friendly and made a great drink. Thanks for a great stay, Kristina Greger

Best place to sleep at. Love the Embassy. Breakfast is the best as well as the drinks during happy hour

We are Hilton gold members with many stays. Although the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is good, the place is a complete dump. We booked 21 room/nights for a family reunion and everyone had problems. From malfunctioning A/C systems (rooms couldn't get below 75 degrees), to sewer smells emanating from the bathroom, to inoperative showers, to poor cleaning, avoid this location if at all possible. We are shocked that Hilton would include this property in their chain. It is the worst we have experienced in over 50 years of travel. Although the weekend desk manager, Nancy Loza provided some accommodation, the General Manager, Joseph Dauber, completely blew us off. He is another part of this sinking ship.

I recently made an online reservation at this hotel, and my experience was quite disappointing. When I called to book the room, the representative I spoke with mentioned a dog fee, which I was fine with, but she never inquired about my dog's weight or any other details. Upon my arrival with my dog, I encountered a rude front desk staff member who denied my reservation due to my dog's weight. Initially, she stated there was a 35-pound limit, then changed it to 50 pounds. My dog is 80 pounds, and in my experience with other hotels, policies like this are often waived. I requested to speak with a manager, only to find out that she was the manager. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and courtesy. She even called her director, who supported her decision to deny my reservation after I had already driven 45 minutes to the hotel. To add to the frustration, she was unable to send a cancellation email and merely printed out a paper instead. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The treatment I received was unprofessional and disappointing.

The facilities are outdated; the bathroom lacks anti-slip features and does not use non-slip tiles. The bathroom floor tiles are very slippery—I actually slipped and suffered a hairline fracture in my left humerus. Everything else was fine, but the bathroom tiles are extremely slippery. Replacing the flooring would certainly be a major expense for the hotel, so improvements are unlikely.
