1. Room was completely filthy when I arrived for my second leg of the trip. Was offered smother rooom but it was just as dirty. 2. Cleaning was subpar, whenever they cleaned it always smelled as if it was cleaned with a dirty rag. You have to watch them clean and ask for them to actually clean. I was there for an extended stay, so only requested once a week. I am a tidy person, so it wasn’t much, but you need to be present for the clean. 3. Breakfast is the same thing, would be great to have a variety since this is an extended stay. Ants in the breakfast area. 4. Close to everything and great location. 5. Some staff are good, they will lie, so be cautious. 6. Vents in room need a major deep cleaning.

louder than I'd like, during a two week stay, lots of noise outside at all hours, past 10pm and before 5am. TVs randomly turn on at 230am every night. decent curtains, but no wall control for HVAC. poor housekeeping, but excellent front desk. laundry takes quarters. target right next door, a very convenient location for the area. breakfast is bare minimum at best. scrambled eggs everyday and whatever passes for meat, never labeled. House keeping tossed a box I was saving to ship something. it was on the counter not by the trash or anything. bad practice to toss things like that left intentionally away from trash. lucky nothing important was still in the bubble wrap. do better.

I had ants in my room coming through window multiple times. Fire alarm would go off frequently in building. Location good but that was about it.

The Marriot bonvoy app does not connect with their server system so I could use my mobile key.

WOW I WISH I WOULDVE READ OTHER REVIEWS ON THIS HOTEL STAFF IS RUDE AND LOVES TO CHARGE PEOPLES CREDIT CARDS 😡🤬They have a manager there by the name of Rebecca, who is very rude and very unprofessional and for some reason either was having a bad day and taking it out on me or I just rubbed her the wrong way. I’m not sure which one she put a whole bunch of unnecessary charges on my card and was very rude. Was calling my phone at 7:45 AM in the morning back to back until I woke up and ANSWER to tell me that I didn’t pay for the night before when I just checked in that night when she wouldn’t realize she was wrong she didn’t even apologize and still continue to call and harass my phone until I came downstairs and paid for the next day when even have a check out until 4 PM and he called and woke me up rudely that morning I could not believe the professionalism. I have never experienced this with Marriott and I think the time before I stayed here one other time and I think I actually had the same issue with her and I just forgot but the other lady that works so I think her name is Jasmine. She is by far the best And most professional Rebecca needs to get a new job if she doesn’t like this one the audacity of her blaming me for not even paying for my room when I just checked in and didn’t even apologize and then continue to harass me and I checked out on a Saturday and she charged my card for me saying I didn’t check out until Monday when I was at a whole other hotel and in a different area and then had the audacity to have a attitude with me and then when I called back, she must’ve seen that it was my phone number on the caller ID and didn’t wanna answer. I now have a claim in a report going through corporate what they said they had other Complaints about this same manager I don’t know if she’ll be there much longer but if you have to deal with her watch out and make sure you check your credit card statements when you leave because Rebecca will charge you a whole bunch of other charges, especially if you’re not paying attention
