Sybaris Downers Grove

Had a Great time Went as a day off work get away truly enjoyed the staff the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. Cabin pool was wonderful relaxing soothing and comfortable. 10 out of 10 recommendations

Room and bathroom were pretty shot. Really needs some new floors and paint. The pool in the suite was definitely cool, but for the price you pay the experience could definitely be a ton better.

This location doesn’t clean their hotels rooms! It’s sick and discusting disappointment and a waste of money . They shouldn’t even be in business. Your better off just getting a regular hotel room that is guranteed cleanliness

The room was ok smaller then expected had a nice date anniversary, but horrible experience added the chocolate strawberry’s last minute and after that it’s been a nightmare right after I started getting charged that wasn’t me . Never will I go again

Good service

We walked in, went right to the pool, which was nice. When one of us finally had to go to the washroom-my wife-she notice dthat the floors were covered in mud/dirt. We did then a solid and cleaned the dirt off the bathroom floors and left. On our way out, I told the front desk about it. I specifically let her know that we weren't interested in trying to get money from the situation but that they need to a better job with cleanliness. I also told her that if hte manager wante dto speak with us, to call us tomorrow. I was called 15 minutes later by the manager. He accused us lying and just trying to get a free room. Evidently, he didn't get the memo that weren't interested in receiving any money back. Disguisting place run by disguisting humans.

My wife and I stayed at the Sybaris in Downers Grove and booked the Elite Whirlpool Room. We were given Room 15, and it was a huge letdown. The bed was rock-hard with zero give — I barely slept all night. The whirlpool jets were weak and barely provided any massage at all. One of our massage chair remotes was missing, but the maintenance guy was actually nice and helpful — he quickly brought us a replacement. Unfortunately, he reeked of marijuana and left the entire room stinking for hours afterward. This was our first time booking a Sybaris suite, and it was far from the relaxing, luxurious experience we expected.

Always nice staying a a sybaris facility, this location is probably the smallest that we've stayed at, but is located in a quiet quaint location.

Wow this room is so beautiful 😍

The hot water went out while trying to fill the hot tub.. had to call to get serviced which wasted about an hour of our time.
