Great stay and many thanks of appreciation to LAX at the front desk for making our stay so great. He truly went above and beyond to help us and cannot recommend him, and the property, enough.

It is a very dated facility with rooms decorated decades ago. Pool needs resurfacing as well. Crowne Plaza used to signify a higher quality accommodations. Not anymore. For the money, better accommodations are expected.

As always Dee Munasinghe at the front desk is absolutely the best, once again!! Will is also super at the desk. I’ve been in IHG properties all over the US and Europe, these folks are the best!! I’m really glad the service does not change, they are the best!! Super stay again this is a place you want to stay if you are in the Glen Ellyn Lombard area!! Was just back, same as always!!

If you're dreaming of a hotel that looks like a minimum security facility on the outside and a time capsule thrift disaster from 1974 on the inside complete with beds as soft as concrete slabs, rooms sized for borrowers, and a location that practically whispers "turn back now"- then congratulations, you've hit the jackpot. I'm genuinely convinced the bathtub was designed as the premium sleeping option. Silver lining? The coffee is good, which is honestly shocking considering the rest of the experience felt like a social experiment.
