Highly suggest this boutique hotel. The energy and the vibe is lovely. They have paid attention to all of the details. There’s a small coffee station with a nespresso or brewed coffee option so you do t have to immediately walk to a cafe for coffee. They have multiple lounge areas a beach towel and game station- they have extra sunscreen bandaids make up wipes and ear plugs. The water pressure is good and the hot water comes on fast. My only suggestion for the room is having another luggage rack and more hooks to hang the suits and towels, and maybe an upgrade On pillows . The room is very clean bed is comfort and the staff is very welcoming. You also have free parking. I highly recommend staying here.

We really loved this place. Our room was private and roomy with a large bathroom and a nice outdoor space with a day bed and small table. There were cats that came and visited and the gray one would come and nap in our room when we would let him. The location is fantastic - Paia is a lovely little beach town. We were picked up from the hotel for a road to Hana tour and there were plenty of restaurants in town to check out. We also were given access a few doors down to the beach and it was almost completely empty with a table to hang out at next to the beach.

I can’t recommend this hotel at all. It’s not at all like the photos. It’s so far off, I’d call it deceptive. Everything is super run down, broken, not open/used, and even dirty. For the price, we felt absolutely robbed. We were so shocked about the horrible conditions that we googled the place to find that the owner is in foreclosure after many years of turmoil over illegal building, trouble with neighbors, and even sexual harassment of employees. Just don’t stay here. It’s not worth it.

This place was a hidden gem, a total find for our days on Maui. Staff is awesome (thanks Cheyenne!) and the beach access is excellent. There are amazing places to sit overlooking the ocean, listen to the waves and just soak it all in. Paia is (thankfully) not Wailea, so if you’re looking for 5 star and pampering, go there. If you want a beach/surf town vibe, this is excellent!

A very personal, small hotel located in the heart of Paia. Private beach access, incredibly friendly and helpful staff. A perfect base for all your Maui adventures. A special bonus: Hookipa (a surf spot) is just a few minutes away.
