Wonderful place & surreal experience. Coming here was immaculate and great. However I cannot recommend this hotel after their communication in regards to bug bites after our stay. Physical bites were present at checkout to which I was told pest control would see the room. However I did not hear back from them which prompted me to call them myself. After back and forth they claim no infestation yet we continue to have bites & have physically seen one. After reaching out again I have yet to hear from them. I am very dissapointed to experience bugs from such a luxurious hotel & the communication afterward. If you stay here I recommend to check the bed as we did not.

I don't know how this hotel ever got a five-star rating. I guess you can buy that sort of rankings for a price. Just spent three nights here. The staff including the valets and the front desk were average at best. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was large. Those were the good qualities. The linens they use are definitely not a five-star hotel kind of linen. The bathroom is one of the better features. I would say the toiletries they provide are nothing special. The worst part, to me was the lighting in the room. Let me tell you. Without using their horrible overhead light system you basically could not see from one side of the room to other with the lamps provided. There was no lighting on the side of the room where the dresser was. There was one lamp in the foyer and one lamp between the two beds. neither one of them put out enough light to do anything by. The overhead lights had a dimmer but they were just an awful light for such an expensive room. You had to turn on the overhead lights to get anything done regardless whether your spouse was still asleep or not. The restaurant they use for their breakfast, wahlburgers was a huge disappointment. I've eaten at that chain before in other locations. The service was awful. The food was mediocre. The top floor restaurant was completely average across the board. From service, to food quality to ambiance. The view was very good. But that's about it. Definitely not what I would consider a five-star hotel.

Very convenient; you can buy fishing gear and licenses all in one go. There's a river nearby where you can fish for bass and giant catfish. Catfish are very popular here; chicken liver seems to work better. The accommodation is good, I really like it. There's a viewing platform on the top floor with beautiful river views and sunsets. It's convenient for eating, drinking, and entertainment.

The experience i had here at this location makes me not even want to support my local bass pro shops. The staff accused my wife and I of not only theft but smoking in our room as well with no evidence or proof.

Shonta Williams checked for accommodations for 1 night for me, and she was able to get me a room on the 3rd floor. She gave me express bands for the observation deck. Dinner up there was above superb! Went downstairs and did some shopping, everyone there was also very helpful and friendly. I will come back to this place in a heartbeat!

I had high hopes for this stay, but I felt like the room was a bit overpriced for what was actually offered. The theme is cool, but it felt a little worn down and the noise levels from the surrounding areas were much higher than I expected for a hotel.
