Furniture in room seemed a little worn but overall it was comfortable. Refrigerator was not cold. Did not stop us from having a fantastic experience!!!!

The WiFi is terrible. We do not understand in today’s world why the WiFi seldom works. Very sporadic. Other than that, the staff is warm and friendly and the room was very nice. The entertainment was excellent each evening. The dinner in their main dining room was outstanding. The best Caesar salad and shrimp and grits that I’ve had anywhere. All of the bartenders were warm and personable.

Staff and property were amazing Food in restaurant amazing also for both restaurants. The pool and outdoor areas are stunning truly. Property is extremely clean. The reason I have 4 stars for the room is because the beds are quite firm and I only slept 2 hrs the first night because of this. Location is in a bit of a shady area but has security and is super close to graceland. I would definitely stay again but bring a mattress pad to make it softer :)
