Nice place. Private covered parking. Good customer service. Good location to walk for food and drinks. I felt safe. Room was clean and quiet.

Great location and the staff are constantly cleaning and painting which signifies effort in upkeep. Wasn't nearly as loud as others say but they do warn you both

I had a reservation that I made 2 weeks prior on a third party app, when I called to confirm my reservation before I got there, I was told the reservation was not in my name even though I had booking number and email to confirm. They blamed it on the third party site and were very dismissive of me. I the called third party site who then called this location. Nope. Apparently it was some “glitch” in this locations system. When I called back to just rebook because I needed a place to stay, there was no accountability or accommodation. Also, pretty sure the person who they let book over me got to keep to stay. Want to update and say they also don’t give your “security fees” back!

If your trip to Memphis is centered around Beale Street, this is a superb base. The (pay) parking is attached, the amenities are typical for a Hampton, the personnel I interacted with were both pleasant and competent, and Beale Street is a two minute walk. Should I ever return to re-experience this Memphis icon, I would absolutely stay at this hotel.

Awful hotel. Beware ..,hotel is next to a very loud bar on Beale street. Expect to go to sleep after midnight. Music is so loud you cant hear your TV paid over $200 not worth $100 a night .

Fabulous location to Beale Street and walkable to many local restaurants. Our suite had a balcony and we enjoyed sitting outside. King bed was comfortable. Parking was covered & well worth the additional fees. Would stay again when we are in Memphis.
