Inn - Memphis Downtown

The rooms were nice and clean slightly dated but expected for downtown. The breakfast was totally worth the visit, and the two servers Sharon White and Chevette Bonds went above and beyond with their great service and Hospitality. Thank you

I could really like this hotel. However. ,it seems when it comes to the breakfast they could care less. Should be an added bonus to staying here. Always out of everything. You have to go to the lobby for coffee. Mss Jenesse that takes care of the dinning room area has her hands tied . The front desk ( nights) as well as upper management could really care less . When I arrive with a group they always accommodate me in parking . JALISIA (FRONT DESK MORNINGS ) Does a great job at customer service . Just wish they had it together for their dinning area

We spent two nights there in May 2026. The location facing the Mississippi is nice. The hotel is poorly maintained; housekeeping is inadequate or nonexistent, and the service is poor. Our room wasn't cleaned for the second night. When we were informed, the reception staff said it was a shame, but nothing could be done! It's far from the promises made in the brochures in the rooms. As for breakfast, it's complete but very low quality.

I get to the hotel early in the morning, supposed to be a key at the front desk waiting for me. When I arrive it looks like the front desk attendant is 16, she is of no assistance and can’t give me a key. So after working all day, then 6 hr drive to get here I guess I have to sleep in my truck till I get ready for work at 7 am. Unprofessional at it’s finest

I stay in hotels 280 days a year. So its always a pleasure to to get on here and share my experience good or bad.just my opinions yet I call them like I see them. I checked in to this particular hotel because of a storm. I stay in the area quite a bit and in my entire Memphis tenure I have never felt more welcomed more important like my business was really important the front desk staff Marie was so accommodating cool knowledge about the property and services thanked me for my reward status put together a great little gift bag what an asset you have in this lady I pray you take care of her. I know this is the new Memphis spot for me thank you Marie you should teach classes you are the diamond elite!!!!

I booked this hotel because it was close to every place I wanted to see and the had there own dedicated parking garage. I took a long shot and requested a room on an upper floor with a view of the Bass Pro pyramid if at all possible when I booked online. When I arrived, the lady at the desk was so cheerful, greeted me as an awards member and handed me a welcome bag with a drink and some snacks. Since the hotel and parking garage are the same structure, our parking spot ended up being about 30 feet from the elevator to get to our room. Now for the best part. They honored my request with a room on the top floor (15th), it was a corner room that came with a decent amount of extra floor space, and the view from the room was exactly what I was hoping for. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, and there was plenty of plug-ins and USB charging points for all of our electronics. If you are going to Memphis don't bother looking at other hotels, this is the one you want.

Would have been 5 stars but we had no hot water. I recommend this place just check your water before you unpack.

Asked for a room on an upper floor with a view of the pyramid. The gave me a corner room on the top floor wta beautiful view. The front staff was very friendly and the location is conveniently near the Bass pro pyramid and downtown museums.

Very sticky floor especially the elevator (one is out of order). Very disgusting breakfast staff calling us "hey baby" to yell us!! One with none stop phone calling and same gloves for many différent opérations and same cleaning mop for waffle iron and tables. Outch ! The room was ok
