Service, atmosphere and food was delicious! Steak could have used more seasoning and the casear salad was bit salty but these are not complaints; just room for improvement! We enjoyed and ate all of it.

I had a reservation for 8 PM for a friend's birthday. We were not sat until 8:35 PM and were not given any drinks or anything in the meantime. When we sat down, we told the waiter that we were ready to order and he said he would come back which he did not for 15 minutes. We finally ordered and our first course did not come until 9:40PM and only two of our five dishes arrived. Main courses did not come until 10:20 PM. Dessert was around 10:45 and we were charged for WATER. Would not recommend. Food was fine but nothing special. Nothing was comped or made right about this meal which was extremely frustrating.

This was a birthday dinner during Coolinary Week. We had the prefix. The crab cake was very good. The steak was decent (filet). The key lime pie and the wine pairings were great. It’s a busy place. We waited for a table despite a reservation because there were multiple large parties. Tables are rather close together. The decor is all over the place but if you like eclectic, it’s that kind of vibe. Service was excellent.

Ordered to go. Steak was cooked perfectly, however there was no flavor, literally none. I had to add my own. Chimichurri sauce tasted like pickles like it had dill which does not go in it. Asparagus was cut and I had lots of end pieces. I paid way tooooo much for the food to be flavorless and not get whole pieces of asparagus.

My husband and I took my nephew out to celebrate his 17th birthday and told him he could choose any restaurant he wanted. He chose Gaia, and unfortunately, what was supposed to be a special birthday dinner turned into an extremely disappointing experience. We did arrive late for our reservation, so we completely understood having to wait approximately 45 minutes to be seated. We were actually grateful that the restaurant was still willing to accommodate us. Once seated, however, the experience went downhill. The young lady assisting our table explained that she was fairly new and still training, and that the server training her would be over shortly to greet us. Unfortunately, he never came to our table at all. After placing our order for drinks, we waited 30 minutes before receiving them and we waited another hour for our food. During that time, we watched a party of four who arrived and ordered after us receive their meals and finish eating before we received ours. At that point, we were beyond frustrated. To make matters worse, after such a long wait, the food itself was disappointing, cold, and lacked the quality and taste we expected. We had also ordered and paid for dessert, but by then we were so dissatisfied with the entire experience that we chose to leave before the dessert even arrived. Being my husband is a Chef and we dine out often and understand that restaurants get busy, delays happen, and employees have to be trained. We are usually very understanding, but the lack of communication, extremely long wait for our food, poor service, and disappointing meal made this one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had. What makes it even more disappointing is that this was supposed to be a special dinner celebrating my nephew’s 17th birthday. Unfortunately, Gaia left us with an experience we have no desire to repeat. We will not be returning.
