The space was mostly lit via disco ball, which is my favorite type of gay bar. Drinks were very well priced for the city, and well made. Definitely bring cash if you can
Lost my card then proceeded to argue with and blame me for it!!! Simply check your cameras and see what’s true!!!
Love the name. My friend read it as 'Now here", either way it's a step down, below ground NYC hide away gay bar and I get the feeling they want to keep it that way. Very low ceilings and a little too dark. Your eyes may need time to adjust. Friendly enough people once you can see who's in there. It's a bit like the old New York speakeasy gay bars.
I was in there and a man came in with a Mask.....so I had left through the back door
AVOID. My card was charged a 100% tip at this bar. The bar tender also had a weird hostile attitude towards me and the group i was with. Not worth the trouble.
