** 2 Stars so they cannot remove this review ** BEWARE ROACHES ** Whatever the word opposite of hospitality is, is what this hotel is. I checked in on a Friday, went out to dinner and drinks and came back to roaches in my room. SEE ATTACHED PHOTO!! I tried to ask for a new room and was denied and told they were "sold out" I advised that I would not be staying there and left the keys in the untouched room. I went back the next morning to see if there was any compensation I could receive for the Saturday night, I didn't even bother asking for the Friday night to be compensated. I was met by the absolute rudest man who would not let me speak, told me they spray for bugs every Monday and that they do not have roaches. I told him I have location and time stamped photos of the roach and that is when he told me I should expect these bugs due to their close proximity to the water. They have refused any kind of compensation, refund, or policy documents regarding cancelations. I am now forced to seek legal action as every time I try to call, I am hung up on and unable to even say a word. If you are considering this hotel, the only good thing about it is its location. The customer service was repulsive along with their crawling friends that are "expected" to be around.

It was not priced as it was online, but I have small children so I had to go through with it. There was a roach and the room was not as clean as it should have been.

My wife and I traveled from Pennsylvania for a long weekend during the Sail250 event and had a wonderful experience. The property’s location was excellent, with convenient access to the beach, nearby restaurants, and local attractions. We also appreciated the on-site laundry facilities and the spacious accommodations, which offered great value for the price. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff and owner were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would gladly consider staying here again in the future. Overall, we enjoyed many aspects of our stay, and the location has a lot of potential. However, the biggest concern for us was the cleanliness of the unit upon arrival. When we checked in, we found food debris, wrappers, and other items left under furniture and inside drawers, along with a noticeable amount of sand and dirt throughout the room. To make ourselves comfortable, we purchased a broom, dustpan, and Swiffer and spent approximately two hours performing a thorough cleaning when we arrived. Throughout our four-day stay, we continued sweeping, wiping surfaces, and tidying the room multiple times each day. Unfortunately, another issue we encountered was the presence of cockroaches. We found one in a dresser drawer while unpacking, another underneath the bed near the base frame, and a third that ran onto the bed during our stay. While we understand that pest issues can occasionally occur in coastal areas, this was concerning and negatively impacted our overall experience. In total, we estimate spending four to five hours cleaning during our stay. While we were able to manage the sand and general upkeep, the pest issue was much more difficult to overlook. We hope management addresses these concerns because, aside from the cleanliness and pest issues, this property has the potential to be one of the better places to stay in the Ocean View area.

Good experience on a weekend stay. Clean room and sheets, comfortable bed, and all room amenities functioning well. Second floor pretty quiet, especially once evening gatherings on first floor and parking lot calmed down. Nothing mean-spirited, just family and friends socializing and grilling. Beautiful sunsets from beach, just a short walk.

Front desk individual was extremely rude

If I could give zero as a review I would! Absolutely disgusting!!! burns all over tables Look as if rooms been used for drugs. mud and dirt on floors fishy sink. Tooth paste everywhere. Door isnt even secure there is huge gap in door and wall. Look as if it has been broken in to a few times. bed is rock hard. Ive never been to a nastier motel!!! Good luck getting your money back
