Rosen Centre

From the front driveway arriving until we left, service was excellent. Couldn't have asked for a more convenient location to the convention center.

The Rosen centre provided us with a central location, food options, and easy access to parking. The service by the staff was great: front desk staff were accommodating and helpful, the concierge desk was also great, and the rooms were small but perfectly fine. We ate at one of the restaurants in the Rosen centre and it was good, and the staff were very nice. We were there for an event so we got the discount.

Stayed here for a week for a conference at the convention center and Rosen Centre was a great choice! I was pleasantly surprised and impressed how modern and comfortable the guest rooms are, and how quiet my stay was. While the lobby was always buzzing it never felt loud or intrusive. The massive outdoor pool was a real treat to enjoy once the sun went down (little shade during the day). Reds Deli is a great choice for quick grab and go or fast meal. The easy walk over to the convention center via the sky bridge was incredibly convenient. Rideshare and Uber Eats were easy to order and quick to arrive. Storing and retrieving luggage after checkout was fast with friendly service. On check in I was also impressed that all of the front desk staff asked each guess their room preference and location. As a picky traveler that is rarely offered at any hotel and a sign the Rosen has hospitality nailed!

There for a conference and the hotel staff was incredibly hospitable and helpful. Mason was so kind to us! Valet, housekeeping, bellmen, front desk...everyone was wonderful.

Our experience at the Rosen Centre was mixed due to inconsistent customer service. A family member in our group has a medical condition that requires a specific diet. On our first day, one staff member was incredibly kind and accommodating, helping us obtain boiled eggs for breakfast. It was a simple request, and we were more than willing to pay for the additional item. Her willingness to help was greatly appreciated and made a meaningful difference. Unfortunately, when we made the same request on subsequent days, other staff members were dismissive and rude. Rather than trying to help, we were questioned about why the item was needed and simply told that it could not be provided. What made the situation even more frustrating was that, on one occasion, eggs that were served were undercooked/raw, making them unsuitable for someone with dietary restrictions and medical concerns. Given that another staff member had already demonstrated that accommodating the request was possible, the inconsistent responses were difficult to understand. We understand that policies and operational limitations exist, but a little empathy, professionalism, and consistency go a long way. We are grateful to the staff member who went above and beyond to assist us, but the vastly different responses from other team members left us disappointed and detracted from what otherwise could have been a much better experience.

I am at the SB convention and our SB Disaster Relief luncheon was held here. The food was delicious, cooked to perfection. But the best part was the staff - outstanding.

Despite a renovation only 6 years ago, the whole building is falling apart and is not maintained in the slightest.

I want to start by saying I’ve stayed at this hotel every year for the past 20 years, so this review comes from someone who has truly loved staying here over the years. When I arrived, I was able to check in early, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. When I got to my room, I found a dead roach, which was very off-putting. The restaurant food was mediocre and not nearly as good as I remembered from previous visits. The hotel also felt much less lively, with noticeably fewer guests, and overall it seemed outdated and not as well maintained as it once was. It’s disappointing to see a place I’ve enjoyed for so many years seem to have gone downhill. I truly hope management makes improvements because this hotel has always held a special place for me and my colleagues.
