Newpark Resort

We really loved our stay at Newpark Resort. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed in a spacious, clean two-bedroom suite, consisting of a mini suite connected to a standard room. Everything we needed was provided, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again when we’re back in the area.

My wife and I recently stayed here for four nights for a reunion with friends. We could not have been more pleased with the location, which was convenient to restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities. We did not have a car and were able to get around just fine, with occasional assistance from Uber. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and delightfully dark at night. What truly set this place apart, however, was the outstanding customer service. We have never encountered such a friendlier and more helpful hotel staff! From our initial contact with Melinda at the front desk, to many others with people whose names we unfortunately don't remember, everyone was fantastic and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we had what we needed to enjoy our stay. And a shoutout to Pamela, one of the housekeepers who kept our room wonderfully clean and tidy each day. We can't recommend Newpark enough!

Nice place, good value for the money, close to restaurants, shops and a supermarket.

No hot water Tv and internet did not work.

Nice buildings and facilities, walking distance to many restaurants and some shops, nearby grocery store. No business center (ignore the signs) though front desk can print for you. Kitchenette does not include a microwave, only a fridge and sink. Pool is heated and long, mostly indoors and it's wider inside than it appears from satellite view. Some rooms have great views, the cheaper ones do not. The TV suggests it has "LG Channels" but it doesn't work. Switch to HDMI1 and use cable (second remote).
