The St. Regis Deer Valley

We just brought a group of approximately 90 guests for a charity destination event at the St Regis. Our Group Sales Manager was Sarah Martin. She was absolutely fabulous to work with! Our Event Manager was Eric Ball and he was utterly fantastic! Eric also had a great team working under him who were similarly wonderful to work with. The service at the hotel was flawless. There were so many different things that the hotel did for us which were above and beyond, such as allowing us to bring in a live horse for our photo station, setting up a cigar bar for after hours with complimentary soft seating, waiving costs so we can make the event expenses work within our budget, etc. It was pretty incredible. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The St Regis is a beautiful hotel. The food was fantastic. The event came off seamlessly. Everything was very smooth which is often difficult to achieve particularly when there are a lot of different vendors and parts to pull together. Our guests had a wonderful time. I highly recommended holding events at the St Regis Deer Valley!

Good hotel, however should absolutely be no kids allowed. Completely ruins the peace and quiet one comes here to experience. Writing this listening to screaming kids running around the lobby/grounds without parent supervision

We had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis Deer Valley. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. As platinum elite members, we were generously upgraded to a beautiful suite with a full kitchen, two balconies, and two fireplaces, which made our stay especially comfortable and memorable. Spencer at the front desk was particularly helpful and went above and beyond for us. He sent a bottle of wine and a charcuterie board to our room along with a personal note, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. The property is beautiful, the service was outstanding, and Spencer made us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. We would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent stay here August 2026! Booked through AMEX FHR and was extremely pleased with our 2-night stay here as a family of three with a 16-month old infant. In the week prior to check-in, I appreciated the email welcoming us and conversed with the front desk on a few requests. I thought it set a great tone for the stay. Upon arrival, the valet at the lower entrance was helpful, and they were able to honor the FHR noon check-in and room upgrade. We were grateful! Everyone we encountered during our stay was hospitable, kind, patient, and helpful. They were especially welcoming to my daughter and surprised her with a few little gifts, which was so thoughtful. I give the service 10/10! There were many detailed touches throughout our stay consistent with my expectations of a 5-Star resort (welcome note and treat, prepping the room for the evening, complimentary shoe shine, etc.). Our bed was comfortable and cleanliness of the room (and resort) was immaculate. The shower had great water pressure. They provided a crib free of charge and even set out baby toiletries (wash and lotion). We were very pleased with the pool too! I liked that despite this being a luxury resort, it felt family friendly, as evidenced by the pool toys and the few children playing in the pool. I would not say this was an overwhelmingly children overran resort at all though! Still a luxury resort :) Overall, we loved the location, close to all outdoor amenities of Deer Valley and a short drive to downtown Park City. We will definitely return here and check it out in winter next!

Rayne, Jake and Leo went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Some issues when we first got there w the room but it was swiftly made up for by amazing service. Special daily shoutout for Rayne who consistently went above and beyond!
