About this place Waldorf Astoria Park City

The Waldorf Astoria Park City is a luxury Hilton hotel at Canyons Village, at the base of the Canyons side of Park City Mountain. A short gondola connects it to the main village lifts. Facilities include a large spa, a heated outdoor pool and on-site dining. It's a mainstream luxury hotel that is gay-friendly, not a gay hotel. Old Town Park City is about a 10-minute drive away. It's a convenient but expensive base during Elevation, the town's annual gay ski week.

An Exceptional Stay!! We had a wonderful stay at Waldorf Astoria, Park City. From the moment we arrived, all aspects of service were exceptional, with every member of the team being warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming! A special shout-out to Megan at the Powder Restaurant, who went above and beyond with a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special and memorable. It’s these personal touches that truly elevate an already beautiful property. The valet team also deserves special recognition, everyone was friendly, and consistently helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a fantastic experience with outstanding hospitality!!

Our stay at the Waldorf Astoria Park City was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel welcomed, valued, and right at home. Our first interaction was with Ryan at the Front Desk, who was incredibly helpful and friendly and personally walked us to our room. Javier, the Front Desk Supervisor, was equally attentive. When we needed to make a quick trip to the drug store, he immediately offered to help and even offered us a ride in the hotel car. That level of genuine hospitality was so appreciated. Dulia at Powder was fantastic—warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating of our special requests. Cody, the concierge, provided wonderful tips and recommendations for enjoying everything Park City has to offer. Kristen in Reservations was also exceptionally nice and helpful. We also enjoyed a wonderful spa experience, where everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay, and it was especially impressive to see the General Manager out at valet greeting guests. That personal touch says a lot about the culture of the hotel. The grounds were beautifully manicured and impeccably maintained, and our room was an absolute delight. The full kitchen and spacious bathroom made the accommodations feel comfortable and truly like a home away from home. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The service, attention to detail, beautiful property, and wonderful team made this a memorable experience. We are already making plans to return next year—not only to enjoy this exceptional hotel again, but also to experience more of everything Park City has to offer. A huge thank you to the entire Waldorf Astoria Park City team for making our stay so special. We can't wait to come back!

Five nights at the Waldorf Astoria Park City, and this was the first Hilton stay since COVID where I truly felt appreciated as a loyal guest. If you travel often, you know how rare that has become. This felt like pre-COVID hospitality. Dallin at the front desk was outstanding. He helped point me in the right direction with our mountain biking plans and played a part in helping me create a few days with my daughter that I will never forget. You can tell management has built a culture where employees actually care about guests. We never felt like a burden, and I always felt that if we needed something, it would be taken care of. My daughter is already begging to go back. My only real complaint is the kids’ cheeseburger. The meat quality was shockingly bad for a Waldorf. Please charge a little more and serve a better burger. We are now at the Conrad Orlando, and the contrast has made us appreciate Waldorf Park City even more. We honestly wish we had stayed another five nights. We most definitely just feel like a burden here anytime we need anything. If you mountain bike, put the Wasatch Crest Trail on your bucket list. We will be back.

I will like to mention that my daughters Anette, Lynette and Yanell and all my family members were very pleased and happy to stay in this amazing hotel. I also will like to thank Itzel, the supervisor in charge of making my daughter Anette party so well prepared, she is an amazing human been, who helped so much with a wonderful smile.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ SPA REVIEW Devan gave the best massage I’ve ever had. He is incredibly skilled, attentive, and knew exactly how to relieve the tension I was carrying. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. If you’re visiting the Waldorf Astoria Spa in Park City, I highly recommend booking with Devan. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The only negative I have about the hotel is Powder, it has gone downhill, I won't eat there ever again. I will continue using the relaxing spa.
