Great location, but hotel not well maintained. No housekeeping staff the entire weekend.

Under renovation. Rooms are dated with broken and filthy furniture. Service- Good Housekeeping- terrible Location- great Rooms and furnishing - terrible, old, broken and dirty The front desk was extremely helpful in sorting my problem as I had booked starting the day after our actual arrival. Our first front desk staff member upgraded us to a suite. But our delight ended as we arrived in our room. Old, dirty (sticky and filthy drawers) and torn furniture, dated, no toilet paper in the bathroom, old shower curtains that don’t keep the water from running out, and no where near the standards of a 4-star room. At best 2-star quality. The hallway in our floor is dirty and in need of vacuuming. I was looking forward to working out at the gym but was told it was closed for refurbishment. Disappointed to be paying these high prices given the terrible state of the rooms and facilities. Housekeeping did not clean our rooms our first day there nor did they vacuum the filthy hallway. Nevertheless, when I complained to the front desk, Coco was excellent. She immediately changed our room to a cleaner one, toured the hallway and room with me, and assured housekeeping would clean the following day.

The hotel is okay. I was just disappointed because during this time of my visit, it has no gym, no pool or anything. The TV is old fashioned. However, the customer service is good. The front desk receptionist Coco assisted me very well and she even gave me a bigger room to compensate the lack of amenities. Additionally, when I reported the desk chair that has a nail on it and poked me when I sat down, they immediately changed my chair the next day. Other than that, my stay was okay. Not so bad Thanks for your service Coco and team

Yaz at the front desk was amazing! I had a small check in miscommunication and she prioritized my time and really went to extra lengths to make sure it was resolved.

The front desk staff made this stay absolutely incredible! Yaz and Shy are amazing and welcoming. They provided us with friendly service and were accommodating with our special requests pertaining to our tradeshow we were attending. Great location! Lobby is beautifully renovated. We enjoyed our stay!

Came for a conference. They offer cheaper parking than any garage or lot nearby.
