Drury Plaza Hotel Pittsburgh Downtown

We just needed a place to stop.

The hotel is well located in downtown Pittsburgh close to most everything worth visiting in the city. Great service and overall a very good deal.

Heather at front office was so very welcoming and very helpful!

This location was easy to find, and the room and staff was really nice. I had no complaints. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed 3 nights at this hotel in early June. Great location in downtown Pittsburgh, where you can walk anywhere. Or if needed, there is bus service. The T light rail is free all over the downtown area. And, it's only $2.75 for bus from airport to downtown Pittsburgh. The free breakfast and free 5:30 Kickback dinner are amazing perks of staying here. But I really want to complement Brian Hershey, Asst General Manager. I had a late night train schedule, but checkout is 11 am. I was going to sit at the train station for 12 hours, waiting to depart. Ugg!! However, Brian offered me an extended checkout time, for a minimal charge. Thanks Brian, for taking care of me!!

We love Drury Park hotels in general but we were treated so well by Heather, the manager, and the other folks there, not only when we arrived but throughout our stay.

Really enjoy when Drury updates older buildings. They did the same with this hotel. Customer Service, Pool and bar area were great Breakfast was very disappointing. They ran out of most food items an hour before it closed and only having one waffle maker for the crowd made for long waits.

Just stayed for the third time and everything about this place is amazing! Clean rooms and the friendliest staff ever! The sidekick menu is delicious and helps save from spending high restaurant bills when traveling. Love this place.

Outstanding staff and value! Very clean as well. Austin at the front desk was so accommodating and friendly. The staff at both the happy hour and breakfast were very welcoming, and took time to converse with us. They also made sure everything offered was of correct temperature and full. The guest room was very clean. The valet upon arrival was really friendly, however the one upon departure not so much. He was literally the only employee I encountered in my stay that wasn’t interested in connecting with guests. Truly outstanding stay otherwise.

We had a wonderful experience at the Drury! The rooms were huge with vaulted ceilings, the food was all excellent (for what it was - included with your stay), and you can't beat the drink specials. The best part of our experience was the staff. Everyone was so kind and accommodating, especially to our little one - from the cleaning crew to management. It makes all the difference! Highly recommend!
