Great little vintage style hotel. Clean, comfortable and kind of swanky! Great vibe and excellent service. Walking distance to Powell's books and the Pearl district.

Beautiful hotel in downtown Portland. The bar was gorgeous and the drinks were delicious. Easy to walk to everything downtown. Our room was lovely and the service was great.

Nice historical hotel. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk and in the restaurant. Large rooms. Walking distance to many things and especially Providence Park. Really appreciated the preservation of the historical details. Would definitely return.

My mother visited and had tons of problems with her room. The shower faucet didn't work and the toilet was clogged. She had to hike down to Powell's to use the bathroom. The staff didn't care and were worse than useless. Her problems lasted her whole 3 day trip. Not a good experience. I was embarrassed because the hotel is generally good.
