Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The main reason we booked this room was the jacuzzi, and it was completely unusable. It took almost four hours for the tub to fill, and when we finally turned on the jets, they shot water straight up toward the ceiling, soaking the entire room and leaving water everywhere. On top of that, the room was very cold, not properly clean, and overall poorly maintained. What was supposed to be a relaxing night turned into frustration and discomfort. This place does not meet basic standards for cleanliness, comfort, or functionality. I would not recommend it, especially if you are booking for the jacuzzi, as it clearly does not work as advertised.

The only hotel/motel within 75 miles that was available the night before Memorial Day. It cost me more than my 4 star hotel in NYC the night before (over $400), and the first thing I noticed was bugs and mold. I handed back the keys in less than an hour. Bed wasn't clean, carpets weren't cleaned, the water was dripping in the shower. Total slum. I preferred sleeping in my car than this.

Location wasn't bad, had an adequate diner in the same parking lot, and wasn't too far from events and places to visit. The room wasn't what was pictured, the bed isn't a queen size bed, but is a full size, service was terrible. Didn't get the room we booked, the heating and cooling unit was filthy, spots of blood in the room, cracking in the caulking and molding of pretty much anywhere that has it. The bed didn't have a fitted sheet on it, and the pillows were very worn down and had no fluff too them even when trying to fluff them. Immediately upon arriving the room next to us was having an intimate interaction that we clearly heard everything that happened with them as if we were in the room with them. There is no sound proofing in any of the rooms sso if you stay didn't talk to loudly the walls are listening.

The room we selected and paid for was not the room they gave us. They would not fix it. The room was disgusting, there was blood and puke crusted all over the floor and in the shower. We didn’t get any of the amenities that were listed for the room. The bed only a full and they kept saying it was a queen, there wasn’t even a fitted sheet on the bed.

I don’t normally post bad reviews or even any reviews, but this must be said. We arrive there late at night. The pictures online definitely did not fit the room that we were given. We did fall asleep as soon as we got there after midnight and when we woke up, the morning of there was a pillow that was blood stained we went to address the situation with the manager, and the manager said that was us which we can clearly show we were not bleeding anywhere, and that blood stain was quite brown. That’s been sitting there for a while. After talking with the manager and who may have been the housekeeper, they said we were lying pretty much without saying that and they said if we give them $50 cash they’ll refund our card and then pressure us on two different occasions to do that And after the Third time asking for 50 cash they said never mind if we’re gonna take too long so we drove off. When booking this room asked them if the pictures match the room that they are getting before you go ahead and book this or else you’ll be extremely disappointed.
