Understaffed, blamed their employees… waited an hour for a poker table and then was told to wait another hour only because they did not plan for enough dealers.. you make this much money and can’t staff your tables. Was better off going to a different casino.

basically had put $300 in the machine and the machine basically it wasn’t 300 in cash. It was a voucher from another machine and the machine basically took my voucher called for management and they didn’t do anything about it at all.

Even with expanded non-smoking section, I always seem to have to head through the smoking section. The overpowering stink is good reminder of the hazards of smoking. Bring your 10 year old and have the stand 10 feet from the main entrance and open the doors. The gag that ensues will guarantee the habit is never picked up.

Can you guys turn the dam ac on already? Everyone is sweltering it’s not just me. It’s never a comfortable temperature here it makes people want to leave early. Set the temp to 66 at least and loosen the slots a bit. I’m here several times a week and have never seen someone hit a grand jackpot. Also get a better system for the gift redemption lines it’s absurd to be waiting in line 45 mins sweating for a gift card. I’ve stayed at the property several times and I’m putting together a video review on Ballys hotel/casino and thus far it’s not looking so good. My win loss ratio shouldn’t be negative thousands the math ain’t mathin. Get it together I’m pulling for you guys

Always have a good time when we come here! Lots of new machines since Bally's took over but i miss alot of the old ones. Not a big fan of the video game/cartoon type machines they have now. My husband loves them.....im just stuck in my old ways!
