Excellent location, real quick acces to airport, to car rental, completwly fast check inband check out, ifnyou hace the app and a NFC phone you can request the digital key, and make the process even faster and don't even stop at the lobby, but then you will miss the contact with the excellent and create team that always tries to make an enjoyable experience

Loved my stay here! Clean hotel, quick and easy check in! May I add Chris has got to be the best bartender! Super genuine and knows how to make anyone visiting like they’re welcomed and even recommended my favorite drink! (Vodka and lemonade with a touch of his own) Any stay I have at Hilton has been nothing but amazing!

Recieved a 3 only because the night security guard stalked my girlfriend to the point of concern. Hotel staff were friendly, accommodating and so genuine as was Chris the bartender. It is centrally located and close to the highway. Hotel is bookmarked for all Providence trips going forward!

Very clean and convenient location to Brown University.

Interesting location on the water and next to a large brewpub. Only problem is Uber and Lyft drivers let you off on the street as they are scared hotel will charge them to park

Rooms were clean and spacious. Slept great, comfy bed. Microwave, fridge and coffee maker in room is a plus. Little bit off the beaten path with difficulties for Uber to gey all the way to hotel, drop you off on street out front. Was told when leaving Uber could come through gate, they give them 15 minutes free, but none seemed to know that. Not a deal breaker, great hotel

I truly love the location of this hotel. There is a wonderful underpants to walk straight to the playground right by the water. The nearby neighborhood is safe with great coffee shops. It’s within a five minute drive to the children’s museum, zoo, Roger Williams Park. When you check in, they give a coupon for a free appetizer and a snack bag. The rooms have beautiful views. Everything is clean. The garden grill restaurant attached to the hotel was awesome and deserves its own listing.

I had a pleasant stay overall 2 night with my husband and daughter last weekend for my daughter group event to assist to a tournament in Rhode Island Convention center, the hotel itself is a nice place, beautiful view, However, the front desk staff was not very friendly the day of arrived and there was a lack of clear information upon arrival. That said, the hotel customer service or manager name Jasonte after her apologized for the inconvenience, situation was handle very kindly and made up for it by taking good care of us, during our stay and offering a complimentary breakfast, which we appreciated, the breakfast was delicious and the staff that work there are amazing always asking if you needed anything and smelling which change completely my first impression, Love the place and the staff, hotel is very clean and organized, love the Beautiful view near to the lake.

Nice lobby and location, but managed to gove my family the worst room possible right next to the highway. Imthe interior was like a motel and we struggled using the window blinds
