We had a wonderful time at Firefly Spa! The space is very clean and relaxing. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into every single detail to make it such a nice visit! They offer lockers with keys to borrow, spaces to change, warmed towels to accompany the cold plunge, electrolyte beverages, etc. It was so nice to visit and not feel rushed. Would highly recommend!

This place is awesome! We have tried a lot of similar spa experiences in the area and what makes this one particularly special (other than the extremely friendly and welcoming staff) are the amazing cold plunge tubs. I’m 6’4”, so it can be hard sometimes to get my full body in. The tubs at Firefly are deep so even I could get all the way in. The heated towels are a nice touch and the infrared sauna is spacious. They are very generous with providing towels and the essential oils towels were really nice. Highly recommend!

The walk-in-no booking option makes it really easy to fit into your daily routine. The communal sauna, cold plunge and lounge create a great opportunity to connect with others around health and wellness. The unlimited monthly membership is quite reasonably priced especially when considering how great this makes you feel when done regularly.

e of the best recovery experiences I’ve had. The staff was super friendly and the whole place has a calm, clean vibe. I used their cold plunge (perfect temperature), the infrared sauna, and grabbed some of the complimentary electrolytes afterward. Everything was well-maintained and worked exactly how it should. The cold plunge + sauna combo had me feeling refreshed and clear for the rest of the day. Definitely coming back highly recommend this spot if you’re serious about recovery, mobility, or just resetting your mind.

I ended up here because I strained my shoulder from training, and thankfully I discovered this place when I did. This place has been an incredible blessing and tool in my recovery. The staff Susan and her son Alex are both phenomenal individuals I am pleased to have meet and get to see every session. This place has everything you need for a cold plunge and sauna, the hours help various different lifestyles and the amenities are top quality. Locker room is spotless with lockers and everything you need in the morning or night. The rooms are always extremely clean and well taken care of. Have enjoyed three luxurious and revitalizing visits to firefly and I just purchased my next set of passes! Fantastic sauna with contrast therapy has been helpful in my recovery from surgery and the cold plunge is so refreshing with sparkling clean facilities all around. The warmth of the owners makes for outstanding service and an exceptionally welcoming environment.

Came in for the free session before pulling the trigger on one of the packages. Staff was super friendly and helpful, everything was clean, and the pricing is much more reasonable than similar spas in the area. Music could be a bit more chill. Will definitely be returning.

This place is amazing. I'd give it 10 out of 5 stars if I could. The customer service goes above and beyond, the lounge has great tea and snacks. The prices are fantastic!

My wife and I visited Firefly Spa for the first time today (free for your first visit). We will definitely be back. The facility was super nice, new, and clean. The sauna was excellent and the cold plunge will take some getting used to…but you do feel good afterwards. Thank you, Firefly Spa team!
